The Cognitive Status Of Prevention And Control Knowledge Of Hypertension Disease Among Clinical Nurses In Qiandongnan Area

Obective: To investigate the cognitive status of prevention and control knowledge of hypertension disease among clinical nurses in Qiandongnan area,we fond there were some problems among health education and health promotion for hypertension disease in local clinical nurses.The study laied foundation for the establishment of hypertension prevention and control system.Method: The objects of study were randomly selected 400 clinical nurses in Qiandongnan area.At first,all of then filled out questionnaires,and we selected a part of respondents were interviewed.Using SPSS 24.0 statistical software to analyze the data frequency and multiple variance.Finally,we did the data analysis of the questionnaire score.We used the methods of literature collection,questionnaire,interview,data processing and descriptive analysis in the whole research process.Results:(1)The total score of basic knowledge of hypertension disease was about 77.71%,and the total score of prevention and control knowledge was 84.67%,and the overall score was about 81.19%.(2)The investigation mainly collects the general data of nurses from the seniority,the degree,the title,the work unit,the section of the department,The nurses were compared to nurses with knowledge of hypertension disease from five aspects.The results showed that: The scores of hypertension disease and prevention and control knowledge were higher in the following nurses:higher education,higher professional titles,working in community hospital,working in auxiliary departments and working in internal medicine.(3)The overall score of hypertension disease knowledge and prevention and control knowledge of clinical nurses is ideal,but the current situation of health education and health promotion about hypertension in nurses is not optimistic.The nurses is notpositive enough,and the communication methods of health education for patients need to be further strengthened.Conclusions:(1)In general,the current situation of nurses' knowledge of hypertension prevention and control in this area is satisfactory.(2)The health education for the patients with hypertension is not systematic,not comprehensive and not complete.The deeper reason is that the nurses in Qiandongnan region themselves are not fully aware of the significance of health education to patients.(3)Clinical nurses should be strengthened for the training of healthy education for hypertension patients.They should grasp the key points in health education.The health education of hypertension should be run through the whole medical treatment of hypertension patients.Clinical nurses play the role in the prevention and control of hypertension.
