Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In Treating Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis (Syndrome Of Static Blood Blocking Collaterals) Clinical Observation

Purpose: By comparing with the study of Fufang biejia ruangan tablet,observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)clinical effect.Method: From Changchun College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of liver and spleen and stomach diseases clinic in line with hepatic fibrosis in Chronic Hepatitis(Blood Stasis Syndrome of resistance)in patients with clinical diagnosis of a total of 72 bits,at a ratio of 1:1 using a randomized method,randomly divided into 2 groups,36 cases of treatment of group,36 cases of the control group.Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on treatment group given(by the peach seed,safflower,chuanxiong,rhubarb and other drugs),the control group given compound biejia ruangan tablet,two groups of 24 weeks of treatment.Watch and record two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM Symptom Score,serum markers of liver fibrosis(HA?LN?IV-C?PC-?)and hepatic function,for statistical analysis of the comparison.Result:(1)evaluation of Curative Effect of TCM syndrome,the treatment group 30 cases,respectively,effective in 11 patients and 16 cases,the total effective rate was 90.00;in30 cases in control group,respectively,effective in 5 patients,13 cases,the total effective rate was 60.00.Total effective rate in treatment group and control group~?P<0.05.(2)on a statistical comparison,before the treatment of two sets of liver function not significantly different,p>0.05,with comparable.After the end of the treatment of two sets of indicators of liver function improved treatment group compared with the group before treatment *p<0.05,the treatment group improved more visible,?p<0.05 compared with the control group after treatment,with significant differences.(3)on a statistical comparison,the two groups in front of the treatment of liver fibrosis indexes not significantly different,p>0.05,with comparable.After the end of the treatment of two sets of serum liver fibrosis index has improved treatment group compared with the group before treatment *p<0.05,?p<0.05 compared with the control group after treatment,with significant differences.(4)Comparison of anti-fibrosis of liver,treatment group,7 cases of bearing fruit,effective in 19 cases,86.67 percent of efficiency,control group,4 cases of bearing fruit,effective in 13 cases,56.67 percent of efficienttreatment group compared with the control group always efficient?p<0.05,with significant differences.Conclusion:From the above data are obtained,treated group significantly better than the control group.Show xuefu zhuyu decoction for treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B(syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals)can be improved in patients with flank pain,bloating and other symptoms,repair of damaged liver cells,liver fibrosis level,improve the quality of life,provide the basis for future scientific and rational clinical drug use,further enriching the connotation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of hepatic fibrosis.
