Objective:(1)To investigate the correlation between the allele of IVS1-1724 allele and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).(2)To investigate the correlation between the genotype of the complement of the complement membrane protein CD46 and IVS1-1724 locus and RSA.(3)Logistic regression analysis was performed on CD46 gene of complement membrane protein and RSA risk factors.Methods:A total of 66 patients diagnosed with RSA and 118 pregnant women with normal pregnancy were enrolled.The venous blood was extracted from the fasting stomach in the morning.The allele of the IVS1-1724 locus of the complement membrane auxiliary protein CD46 gene was detected by PCR-RFLP.type.The frequencies of genotypes and alleles were compared using X2 test or fisher exact test.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting RSA.Results:(1)The proportion of G allele in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The proportion of GG genotype in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(28.8%),while that of CC genotype was significantly lower than that of control group(35.6%,P<0.05).(3)The genotype ratio of CC + GC genotype was significantly lower than that of the control group(71.2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The genotype ratio of GG + GC genotype was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group(64.4%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)In the observation group,the proportion of thyroid dysfunction,cervical insufficiency,mediastinal uterus,congenital uterine malformation,intrauterine adhesions,uterine fibroids and IgG anticardiolipin antibody was significantly higher than that of the control group Statistically significant(P<0.05).GG genotype and recessive model(GG + GC)were the risk factors of RSA(P<0.05).(6)Cervical insufficiency,congenital uterine malformation,intrauterine adhesions and IgG anticardiolipin antibody positive and G allele,GG genotype and recessive model(GG + GC)),Dominant model CC + GC was the protective factor of RSA(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)(GG genotype and GG + GC)were significantly higher in pregnant women than those in healthy pregnant women(CC + GC).The expression of G allele,GG genotype and recessive model(GG + GC)in CD46 gene ivs1-1724 C>G SNP locus was significantly higher Higher than healthy pregnant women;(2)G allele,recessive model(GG + GC)is a risk factor for RSA,and the dominant model(CC + GC)is a protective factor for RSA.(3)Clinical attention to the pregnant women with G allele,GG genotype and recessive model(GG + GC).
