Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the central government has put forward a series of new development ideas and ideas that have brought tremendous impact to the development of all departments.How to make full use of their advantages and seize new development opportunities and seek strategic breakthroughs in the new opportunities and challenges is a major issue for all Chinese medicine practitioners in China.Based on the actual situation of Shuangfeng Chinese Medicine Hospital,this paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the external environment and the internal environment of the hospital by using SWOT and other analytical methods.Found that Shuangfeng County Hospital is facing both the external environment brought about by the development of major opportunities,but also facing the deterioration of market competition,the threat posed by the environment.At the same time,the hospital internal credibility and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and other advantages of the brand,there are also internal management confusion and talent shortage and so on.Then,according to the results analyzed by SWOT,proposed alternative strategies.According to the hospital's vision,mission and goal,the optimal competitive strategy of the hospital in the new environment was analyzed by QSPM,which was the WO strategy,and the specific content of the WO strategy was constructed.Finally,according to the actual situation of Shuangfeng Chinese Medicine Hospital,this paper puts forward the guarantee condition of the implementation of hospital strategy from the aspect of hospital organizational structure,brand construction,human resources and incentive mechanism,information construction and so on,and constructs the evaluation index and management method of strategic target.Strategy implementation evaluation and adjustment.This research will be the result of the combination of the author's own work practice and the theory of strategic management.It has certain practical significance to the Chinese hospital under the "new situation",how to deal with new challenges and new opportunities and seek new breakthroughs.At the same time,hope that the research ideas and methods,to the relevant hospital managers to provide some reference.
