Application Of The Platelet-rich Fibrin Assisted Autologous Grafting In Breast Sugery

Objective:To study the effect of platelet rich fibrin(PRF)in filling postoperative wound of breast surgery,and to compare with the traditional treatment,to explore whether it has the effect of relieving pain,regulating inflammation response and promoting healing.At the same time,platelet rich fibrin(PRF)combine with autologous fat granules were used to fill resection region in breast surgery and repair the defects of breast,whether platelet rich fibrin filling combined with autologous fat transplantation is a safe and effective method for breast plastic surgery was explored.Methods:1.A total of 30 cases of patients who underwent benign breast tumor resection in the Department of Breast and Thyroid of the First Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to random digital table method,with 10 cases in each group.The experimental group(Group A,PRF Group)was given PRF to fill wounds,and the control group(Group B,gelatin sponge group)was given gelatin sponge to fill wounds,while Group C(non-filling group)was not filled with any materials,to observe clinical effect of platelet rich fibrin(PRF)in postoperative breast wounds,and to compare the three groups in postoperative exudation,pain and hospitalization time,so as to observe the influence of platelet rich fibrin(PRF)on postoperative wounds of breast surgery.2.A total of 40 patients undergoing PRF filling combined with autologous fat granule transplantation to treat breast defects from March 2016 to March 2017 in First Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University were selected.The satisfaction degree of patients was followed up and preoperative and postoperative chest circumferences were measured six months after surgery.Result:1.The pain degree of patients in experimental group(Pool A)was alleviated by comparing with control groups(PoolB,PoolC)(P<0.05).Exudation and Postoperative hemogram of patients in experimental group(Pool B,PoolC)was significantly lower than control groups(Pool B,PoolC)(P<0.05).Length of stay in the experimental group(Pool B,PoolC)was less than the control groups(Pool B,PoolC)(P<0.05).2.platelet rich fibrin filling combined with autologous fat transplantation was effective in repairing breast defects with fewer complications,breast shape was normal with soft feeling,and patients' satisfaction degree was high,chest circumference did not change significantly,with low absorption rate offats.Conclusion:1.Platelet rich fibrin(PRF)can relieve pain,regulate inflammation and promote healing of postoperative wound of breast surgery.2.Platelet rich fibrin(PRF)filling combined with autologous fat granule transplantation is safe and feasible in the treatment of breast defects,and the appearance of breast is good and the satisfaction degree of filling effect is high.
