Objective:Repair the breast surgery defect by a one-stage operation of autologous fat granules transplantation combined with platelet rich fibrin(PRF), to observe the clinical effect, to evaluate the safety and efficacy, to discuss the functionary mechanism of how PRF promote autologous fat granules transplantation survival rate. Methods:1.Select 4 cases of breast mass need surgery, in Breast and Thyroid surgery of our hospital. Take use of tumescent anesthesia and extract abdominal fat particles by a syringe. Pump some blood from the venous, then centrifuge the blood to get PRF. Centrifuge the fat particles to make it pure, fill the purified fat particles at the defect of breast surgery combined with PRF, repaire the tissue defect one-stage. Suture the wound.2. After surgery 2 Weeks, we observe the breast wound healing; After surgery 2 weeks, 1 month, we follow up of patients and survey patients' satisfaction with the breast appearance and tactile sensation; Results:1. After the operation 2 weeks, 4 cases of breast wounds healed in grade A, the rate of grade A heating is 100%;2. After the surgery 2 Weeks, All cases had good appearance and the filling effect was satisfactory. At one-month followed-up, all of the patients had good appearance and the filling effect was satisfactory. Conclusion:The results showed us that, the one-stage operation by autologous fat granules transplantation combined with platelet rich fibrin(PRF), to repair the tissue defect caused by breast operation, was safe and feasible, simple to operate. The appearance and tactile sensation after operation were satisfying.
