| Objective: The application effect of extension service of nursing through network platform for TB patients in the Xinjiang region were explored,to solve problems encountered in the course of treatment after discharge,in order to meet the integration requirements of consulting,health care,prevention,treatment,rehabilitation of the TB patients.Methods: From January 2016 to December 2016 TB patients and their relatives of Chest hospital,Kashi pulmonary hospital,Hotan infectious hospital and the second people's hospital were selected,332 cases joined into 5·7QQ group.Adopt the method of randomized the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,each 166 cases.Control group: after discharge TB patients and their families were follow-up by telephone.Experimental group: on the basis of the control group,patients received nursing service through 5·7QQ platform.After 6 months discharged from hospital,the experimental group and control group received telephone survey.Research content including: general information questionnaire,TB patient care extension service effect questionnaire and TB patients life quality survey.The experimental datas were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software packages.Results: 1)In our study,332 cases were included,after discharge for 6 months 325 were taken back,and there were 163 cases in the experimental group,there were 162 cases in control group.2)According to the analysis of age,gender,nationality,culture degree,physical activity,marital status,treatment between two groups,there were no statistically significant difference.3)The effect of extended service of the experimental group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4)During <50 years old,the effect of extended service of the experimental group was better than that of control group,During?50 years old,the extension of the experimental group service effect was not obvious compared with the control group.According to the academic,the effect of extended service of high school or above of experimental group was better than that of control group,the effect of extended service of high school diploma of the experimental group compared to control group was not obvious.According to the national,the effect of extended service of Han in experimental group was better than that in control group,the effect of extended service of Uygur and other was no obvious difference compared to control group.5)In the consultation service of two groups,on medication guidance and adverse reactions,rehabilitation exercise,urged return,the result of the local guide and diseases rehabilitation effect,the effect of extended service of the experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).6)For 6 months after hospital discharge the field of each rating and SF-36 total score of experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1)5·7QQ group could provide care communication platform for TB patients,could can better improve the awareness of TB patients and medication compliance,and train the self management ability of patients.It had important significance on the occurrence and development of TB control,to provide a new channels for TB care extension services.2)5·7QQ group care provided the extension service,not only to provide professional nursing services,and a series of care to improve patients' physical health and the quality of life.3)According to a study of 5·7QQ group,the service effect for the older,lower degree of heaven and earth,part of the minority of patients were not obvious,it was the improvement direction of 5·7QQ group.4)Through the management of QQ group,we gradually formed a database of all kinds of tuberculosis patients in XinJiang,to provide scientific basis and strategies for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in XinJiang. |
