Objective:To understand the characteristics of atmospheric pollutant concentration and meteorological factors in Urumqi city, and to explore the relationship between the main air pollutants, meteorological factors and the number of patients in the outpatient and emergency department of the common diseases of respiratory system in the hospital. Methods:Collected the respiratory system in outpatient and emergency department of a hospital?common diseases of upper respiratory tract infection, bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchial asthma?outpatients and the main air pollutants concentration of[PM2.5,PM10,two of sulfur dioxide?SO2?,carbon monoxide?CO?,nitrogen dioxide?NO2?,ozone?O3?]and meteorological factors?index of average temperature, average relative humidity, average wind speed?from January 1,2014 to December 31,2016 in Urumqi city.To understand the characteristics of main air pollutants and meteorological factors in Urumqi city.Time series analysis of daily outpatient visits to respiratory system diseases.Analysis of the correlation between main air pollutants, meteorological factors and the outpatient amount of respiratory diseases.Results:?1?The daily average concentrations of PM2.5,PM10,SO2,CO,NO2 and O3 showed obvious periodic changes from 2014 to 2016 in this city. The heating period was higher than that of non heating period, except for O3,.A total of 452357 children with respiratory system diseases in 3 years were enrolled in the 3A grade hospital,The difference between heating period and non heating period was statistically significant?P<0.05?.?2?The effect of time series modeling on the number of visits in outpatient and emergency departments was good, and the predictive accuracy was MAPE 8.59%;The number of patients with upper respiratory tract infection, bronchitis and pneumonia was 13.05%,14.64%and 17.95%.The modeling effect of asthma was not ideal?MAPE=93.14%??MAPE?.?3?There was a positive correlation between air pollutants and mean relative humidity?except for O3?.The correlation between PM2.5 and CO was the largest, and the correlation coefficient was 0.878.There was a negative correlation between pollutants and mean temperature and mean wind speed?except O3?.The correlation of the total number of patients with PM2.5 was the most, and the correlation coefficient was 0.404.?4?All the air pollutants and meteorological factors have some influence on the amount of respiratory diseases. The influence of heating period and non heating period on respiratory diseases is not exactly the same. Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between atmospheric pollutants and meteorological factors in Urumqi. All of them are related to the daily outpatient volume of common diseases of the respiratory system in children. The performance of the heating period and the non heating period is not exactly the same. The one dollar time series is suitable for the analysis of the change rule of the total number of people in the Department of Pediatrics respiratory system.Environmental pollution can be controlled by monitoring the concentration of air pollutants to reduce the rate of medical treatment for children's respiratory diseases.
