Objectives: To study the status quo of compassion fatigue of nursing staff in Xinjiang area,further awareness of nursing staff of compassion fatigue factors,nursing management to support local formulation of countermeasures according to the status of nursing staff,the compassion fatigue region can be improved.Methods: A stratified sampling method was used to select nurses from a third grade hospital in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Urumqi from January 2017 to June.The questionnaire content is composed of two parts,the first part is the demographic data survey,the second part is the Chinese version of professional quality of life table.With the help of SPSS 23 software,the questionnaire was analyzed,and the measurement data were expressed by mean and standard deviation.The variance analysis method was used among the groups,and the multiple factor analysis was adopted by multiple linear regression analysis.Result: 1)A total of 200 questionnaires were sent out,among which 196 were valid questionnaires,and the effective rate was 98%.2)the results of single factor analysis on three dimensions of compassion fatigue,compassion to meet the night shift,family support,relevant departments work scores and average monthly values,night shift,family support work related to job burnout and the average score of each month,night shift,the current job satisfaction,family support work if the opportunity is willing to choose the nursing department,and other factors of secondary traumatic stress score and the average value of each month.3)the results of multivariate analysis showed that the three dimensions of compassion fatigue,compassion satisfaction score and night shift number,family support,the relevant departments(P<0.05);occupation burnout scores and family support related(P<0.001);secondary traumatic stress scores and month night shift,family support,divisions related(P<0.05).4)mild and moderate compassion fatigue occurred in 97.4% of nurses in our hospital,with mild to moderate and moderate to moderate in 69.4%,28.1%.5)the results of single factor analysis on related factors of compassion fatigue severity,night shift number,job satisfaction,family support work,where the Department is related with the degree of compassion fatigue(P<0.05),the multi factor analysis showed that the night shift number,divisions and compassion fatigue(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1)97.4% nurses in the hospital have mild and moderate compassion fatigue,so it can be seen that the third grade nurses in Xinjiang area are prone to compassion fatigue.2)nurses' job satisfaction,family support,monthly night shift,re selection of nursing willingness and department were the main influencing factors of nurses' compassion fatigue.Nursing managers need to be taken care of nursing staff's feelings,realize the empathy ability of nurses,nurses have a higher satisfaction of their work and can effectively reduce the incidence of nurses' compassion fatigue.
