Objective:To analyze the Influence of “chest pain center(CPC)” management mode on diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of acute pulmonary thromboembolism(APTE)patients..Methods:Clinical Data in 48 hours after beening to our hospital,of patients between 2 years before and two years after the establishment of the CPC,in other words patients hospitalized in our hospital in 2013 July 6 to July 5,2017,that had been confirmed as APTE through CTPA were collected, that including 42 cases before and 44 cases after the establishment of CPC.The time of diagnosis and treatment, the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, successful rate of thrombolysis,intra-hospital mortality and the death rate within a half year of APTE patients during four years before and after CPC being established were compared.Result:A total of 86 APTE patients were enrolled,of which 42 patients were treated before CPC establishment(the control group)and 44 patients were treated after CPC establishment(the experimental group).Compared with the control group, the interval time betweem being treated and pulmonary artery CTA reporting, the time of being treated in emergency department(ED),the rate of misdiagnosis and intra-hospital mortality of the experimental group all reduced significantly(P<0.05).But the changes of the rate of missed diagnosis, successful rate of thrombolysis and the death rate within a half year of two groups were all not obvious(P >0.05).Conclusion:CPC management mode can significantly shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment of APTE patients, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, obviously decrease intra-hospital mortality of patients.
