?Objective?:To observe the depression/anxiety and sleep disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease and to investigate the prevalence and correlative factors of depression/anxiety and sleep disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease.?Methods?:50 patients with Parkinson's disease was enrolled in No.1 Affiliated Hospital to Suzhou University since 2015.10-2016.03.The modified Webster Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Pittsburgh sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the disease severity,emotion state and sleep quality.Prevalence of depression/anxiety and sleep disorders and correlative factors of depression/anxiety and sleep disorders were analyzed by SPSS for windows ver 12.0.1.?Results?:1.There were 37 patients with depression/anxiety.The prevalence of depression/anxiety was 74%,and depression and anxiety coexisted,and correlated with modified Webster stage and gender.High frequency respectively were diminished capacity,psychic anxiety,early awakening,depression and insight in the group of depression.2.There were 35 patients with sleep disorders,the prevalence of sleep disorders was 70%,and correlated with modified Webster stage,gender and emotional state.3.There were different on Subjective Sleep Quality,Sleep Latency,Sleep Duration,Habitual Sleep Efficiency,Sleep Disturbance,Used Sleep Medication,Daytime Dysfunction between sleep disorders group and not sleep disorders group.?Conclusion?:1.High incidence of depression/anxiety in patients with Parkinson's disease.Comorbidity of depression and anxiety.Related to the severity of the symptoms and gender.High frequency respectively were diminished capacity,psychic anxiety,early awakening,depression and insight in the group of depression.2.High incidence of sleep disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease.Related to the severity of the symptoms and gender and emotional state.3.Depression/anxiety and sleep disorders were important non motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease,with the aggravation of the disease,the incidence increases,which can occur in any stage of the disease and significantly influence patients' quality of life.
