Study On The Relationship Between CARDS TX And Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of community-acquired respiratory distress syndrome toxin(CARDS TX)expression in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF)in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae(MPP).Methods: 1.A total of 80 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)who underwent bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage were enrolled in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,Soochou University Children's Hospital from October 2015 to June 2016.A total of 22 children with bronchial foreign bodies were enrolled in the hospital as control group.The expression of CARDS TX and the expression levels of TNF-?,sB7-H3,IFN-?,IL-4 and IL-6 in BALF were compared between MPP group and control group.2.According to the relative expression of CARDS TX in BALF,the MPP group was divided into high CARDS TX group and low CARDS TX group.The differences of clinical features,laboratory tests,and MP-DNA copy number and cell classification of BALF between the two groups were analyzed and compared.3.The levels of TNF-?,s B7-H3,IFN-?,IL-4 and IL-6 in high CARDS TX group,low CARDS TX group and control group were compared.4.To investigate the correlation between CARDS TX and the expression of TNF-?,sB7-H3,IFN-?,IL-4 and IL-6 in BALF.Results:1.The expression of CARDS TX in BALF of MPP group was significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05).2.Compared with the low CARDS TX group,high CARDS TX group children with higher peak fever,longer fever,longer hospitalization,easier to form mucus plug,the higher incidence of pulmonary and extrapulmonary complications,were more likely manifested as refractory MPP(RMPP)(P<0.05).3.The copy number of MP-DNA and neutrophil ratio in BALF.of high CARDSTX group were higher than that in low CARDS TX group(P<0.05).4.The levels of TNF-?,s B7-H3,IL-4 and IL-6 in BALF of high CARDS TX group were higher than those in low CARDS TX group and control group(P<0.05).5.The expression level of CARDS TX was positively correlated with the expression of TNF-?sB7-H3,IFN-?,IL-4 and IL-6,in BALF(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.CARDS TX involved in the onset of MPP,can cause neutrophil infiltration inflammation.2.The higher the expression of CARDS TX,the more serious the clinical symptoms.3.The expression of CARDS TX is correlated with related to the MP gene loading positively,is also correlated with the expression of TNF-?,sB7-H3,IL-4 and IL-6.
