Stroke,as the world's second largest,China's first largest lethal disease, has become the primary cause of disability in adults in China. Therefore, motor rehabilitation and emotional conditioning of apoplectics are very important. In many methods of neuromodulation for post-stroke rehabilitation, the magnetic field with its non-invasiveness,security and effectiveness, can penetrate the internal human tissues and is easy to operate,so as to be widely used in the field of physical therapy.Studies have shown that the magnetic field can regulate the bioelectric activity of ipsilateral cerebral cortex in stroke, enhance excitability of brain tissues, and thus produce a wider range of biological effects. In this study,an extremely low frequency and low intensity pulsed magnetic field was applied to specific regions of the human brain to activate the neural circuits and induce changes in brain rhythms, thereby affecting the life activities and functions of the human body through the resonance effect of the brain. The aim of the study was to facilitate the recovery of motor functions by magnetically inducing specific regions of the brain and to study the effect of magnetic induction on EEG in stroke patients. The low-frequency pulsed magnetic induction instrument based on C8051F340 was designed and developed independently by our own.Frequency, time and other key parameters can be adjusted.Induction frequency 0-30 Hz and magnetic field strength up to 200 m T meet the experimental requirements well.We also designed an experimental paradigm with extremely low-frequency pulsed magnetic induction for patients during stroke rehabilitation.Jebson hand function test(JTT)behavioral parameters combined with the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function and the modified Barthel index rating scales were utilized. In addition,EEG data of patients with stroke before and after magnetic induction were collected and analyzed. The results of behavioral experiments showed that the time of hand function test was significantly decreased after 5 times of low frequency pulse magnetic induction, and the score of the scale was significantly increased, which proved that the motor function and dailylife ability of stroke patients improve after magnetic induction therapy. The results of EEG analysis indicated that the energy of high frequency bands increased in the motor cortex and the brain symmetry index descended as a whole.Meanwhile, the complexity of LZC showed individual differences and the average aggregation system of brain network showed a decreasing trend. The results of this study show that the magnetic induction technology for stroke rehabilitation has a certain degree of effectiveness, especially for patients with hand function rehabilitation, and thus effectively improves the ability of patients with daily living activities, which opened up the new road for future clinical practice and research.
