Objective:To study the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (r TMS) on the rehabilitation of motor function in patients with stroke。Method:All 40 patients were divided into treated group and controlled group randomly。Patients in the treated group were given active repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, those in the controlled group were given sham repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation。Except for TMS , the basic treatment was the same for all of the patients.rTMS was given once a day for 10 days. Fugl-Meyer score , Barthel index were measured twice: just before treatment and after the 10th treatment. Results:Compared with the controlled group,Fugl-Meyer score , Barthel index of treated group improved more obviously, the difference shown obvious meaning (p<0.05 )。Conclusion:rTMS is effective on the rehabilitation of motor function in patients stroke, impoving living quality in patients with stroke.
