In 2000 s, human life is been threated by a variety of adverse effects, such as fast-paced life, increasing work pressure and irregular lifestyle with the development of technology and improvement of living standard. Because of these effects more and more people are suffered insomnia. As a common disease in modern society, insomnia shows an increasing trend in the young. Therefore, there is a high clinical value to explore a safe and effective treatments to improve and enhance the sleeping quality of patients who suffer insomnia.Including of environmental, psychological and psychological factors can cause by insomnia. Common methods for treating insomnia are psychotherapy, drug therapy, and physical therapy. In this paper we design a sleeping rehabilitation system based on low-frequency magnetic-induced for neuropsychological disorders insomnia. In order to explore the therapeutic effect of the system, we design a sleeping experiment,in which multiple physiological parameters of the patient are collected for sleep staging. The major content and conclusion of this paper is as follows: First of all, we design a sleeping rehabilitation system based on the low-frequency magnetic-induced, which uses a changing magnetic field simulation of the human EEG rhythms during sleep And then with a large number of clinical trials we recruit five patients to participate in a 7days experiment to evaluate the therapeutic effect of this system. During the experiment we collect the self-assessment data and multi-parameter physiological signal data of patients as the basis for assessment of system's therapeutic effect. Finally, we extract time domain, frequency domain and nonlinear feature of ECG and EEG, and use principal component analysis(PVC) and Support Vector Machine(SVM) to complete the sleep staging of experiment to evaluate therapeutic effect of system for insomniaIn summary, this paper introduces the design scheme of the sleeping rehabilitation system based on low-frequency magnetic induction. After the analysing multiple physiological signals of patients who participate in sleeping experimental and comparing with the patient self-rating scale, we validated the therapeutic effect of the system and demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of the system.
