Jiawei Jinkuishenqi Wan Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis(ganshenkuixu) Clinical Observation

Purpose:Statistical analysis and observation of treatment of knee osteoarthritis by modified Jinkuishenqi wan combined with sodium hyaluronate,determine its clinical curative effect.Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Jinkuishenqi wan combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to study its mechanism of action in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Jinkuishenqi pill combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment;the control group alone use of sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of.While the treatment group we used traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally combined with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment,medication method: water decoction,juice 300 ml,sooner or later the 150 ml oral,1 dose daily,two weeks as 1 course,every week for the next course(35 days).By observing and recording the VAS score,radiation classification and WOMAC score of the two groups before and after the treatment,the data were statistically analyzed.The two groups were followed up 2 months later.Result:1.observed improvement in VAS score and WOMAC score: we found in the WOMAC score in pain,stiffness,daily activities in the most effective way to improve the project,especially improve the range of motion of knee joint and the function in the treatment group;2.before and after the treatment,the treatment group and the control group were not changed radiological disease classification obviously,Statistical results showed no significant changes in X-ray findings.Conclusion: 1.after careful analysis the clinical curative effect of the treatment method of two groups for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has considerable effect;2.in the treatment group than the control group,the curative effect of arthritis treatment,follow-up after we also found that the recurrence rate in the treatment group is much lower than the control group;the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with 3.Jin Kui Shen Qi wan combined with sodium hyaluronate is a convenient and safe method for treating and easily accepted by patients.
