Objective:To investigate the situation of extended care demands of middle-aged and young patients with stroke, and analyse the main influencing factors of extended care demands of middle-aged and young patients with stroke.According to the influencing factors,to help the nursing staff implement personalized care service measures for the patients with different demands, and provide the basis to improve the life quality of patients with stroke. Methods:To select the patients with stroke who were in the Neurology department of the tertiary-grade class-A hospital in Changchun City,Jilin Province from August 2016to June 2017,or the family of patients, and use self-designed“questionnaire of extended care demands of middle-aged and young patients with stroke”to conduct the survey of extended care demands. To evaluate reliability and validity of the scale. The data are analyzed by using SPSS17.0 software.Data of normal distribution are described by using??x±s?.Data of two groups were compared using t-test,anddata of multiple groups were analysed by using one-way analysis of variance.Data of non-normal distributionwere described by using M?Q?and the comparison between groups was using rank sum test.Multivariate factor analysis use Multiple linear regression??=0.05?.Results:To select 210 stroke patients to conduct the survey in the Neurology department of the tertiary-grade class-A hospital in Changchun City. The questionnaire was divided into seven dimensions. The score of Life care demands was?14.35±3.08?points,the score of Rehabilitation guidance care demands was 9.00?7.00,10.00?points,the score of Mental care demands was?10.02±2.39?points,the score of Complications care demands was 18.5?16.00,21.00?points,the score of Professional care demands was?8.67±1.91?points,the score of health education care demands was?17.41±2.28?points,the score of self care demands was?10.29±1.93?points,the total score of extended care demands was?88.61±14.74?points.To compare Cronbach's?coefficient values, the lowest value was 0.69,indicating that the reliability of the scale was good, internal accuracy of all terms was good. The value of KMO was 0.88,the design of the scale was consistent with the initial intention. The value of Bartlett spherical test was 2885.154?P<0.01?,the partial correlation coefficient of the scale's original variables was small, indicating that the data were relevant.Factor analysis showed that the validity of the scale was better. The analysis of Multivariate stepwise regression showed that the 5 terms,i.e.daily living activity, complications, regular referral, educational level and income, were the dependent influencing factors of extended care demands. The total score was the dependent variable, and the influencing factors were independent variable. The regression equation was:Y=100.438-8.109X4+3.654X3+3.594X2-2.410X1+1.977X6,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion:There was a higher level of the score which was extended care demands of middle-aged and young patients, the demands were relatively intense. The two items of higher demand for continuing nursing care were health education, nursing needs and professional nursing needs. The young patients with stroke had higher demands for health education, nursing and professional nursing. The main factors influencing the continuity of nursing services include educational level, income, other diseases and sequelae, activities of daily living and family cerebrovascular diseases.
