Purpose:To explore and compare the quality of regenerative instrument cleaning with different pretreatment methods,to find out the effective and safe method of cleaning equipment,to prolong the use time of regenerative equipment,to improve the qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization of regenerative equipment,Reduce the quality of the equipment due to the quality of the hospital infection caused by the purpose of infection.Method:Using the method of clinical research,from January to September 2016 in Changchun,a three-level hospital,after use and stay more than 3 hours moderate and moderate pollution of the 2000 hemostatic forceps,were randomly divided into four groups of 500 To put.Respectively,multi-enzyme + machine wash group,manual washing + machine wash group,hydrogen peroxide solution + machine wash group,multi-enzyme cleaning solution + ultrasonic cleaning + machine wash group.The results were compared with those of different pretreatment cleaning methods.Spss19.0 statistical software was used to compare the data rate with multiple samples.The results showed that the results were compared with those of the pretreatment cleaning method test of method,the enzyme + ultrasonic + machine wash pretreatment cleaning method The qualified rate was significantly lower than the other three groups,the best results;occult blood test paper cleaning methods and different instrument cleaning methods showed that the qualified rate of cleaning was lower than that of the surface of the device,and the qualified rate of the cleaning effect was the
