Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Interstitial Lung Disease (Yang Deficiency Fever) With The Help Of Yang Scattered Fire Decoction

Purpose:Interstitial lung disease is difficult to treat diseases of the respiratory system,interstitial lung disease is difficult to treat fever,no fever between the effects of Western medicine for interstitial lung disease.This paper tries to probe into the use of Yang powder fire Decoction in the treatment of interstitial lung disease(Yang fever)the clinical efficacy results.To improve the situation of patients before and after the application,certainly help Yang powder efficacy fire Decoction on interstitial lung disease fever verification.Method: According to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,were selected from the Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and lung disease two outpatients and hospitalized patients in 60 cases.60 cases were randomly divided into control group(30 cases with the same basic treatment of interstitial lung disease and alcohol on the brush,in physical cooling)and a treatment group of 30 cases(with Yang in the control group on the basis of scattered soup),the two groups at the same time spare antipyretics the same,for hyperthermia,patients can not be tolerated.When observed before and after treatment to improve the temperature,the number of observation data using primary and secondary symptoms and changes of antipyretic analgesics,objective evaluation of Yang powder fire Decoction in the treatment of interstitial lung disease(Yang fever)effect.Result: The curative effect of TCM syndrome treatment group decision results were better than the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group compared with the control group in interstitial lung disease fever symptoms(fever,dyspnea,cough)significantly improved(P< 0.05),and secondary disease(aversion to cold,lassitude,Yaoxisuanruan)has the advantages of improved.Through clinical observation of the treatment group compared with the control group,two groups of treatment 1-2,no difference in temperature change and treatment of 3-5,there are significant differences between the two groups of body temperature,the treatment group than the control group.The two groups after treatment,the use of antipyretic analgesics significantly lower than that before treatment.Conclusion: The results showed that the method is effective and feasible in the treatment of interstitial lung disease(Yang fever).
