In recent years, courts have seen more and more cases of camouflage deafness in the process of hearing cases, showing an upward trend year by year. Most of the reasons are that in order to avoid the sanctions of the law or to reduce the punishment of the law,the parties can not accept sound sound sound normally in the condition that the hearing organs are intact or slightly damaged.False deafness is both deafness and deafness, and deaf people pretend to be deaf in order to achieve personal purpose, but the hearing function of the parties is normal or only slight damage.Public security organs and judicial organs often encounter victims' claims in criminal or civil cases such as traffic accidents and intentional injuries. At this time, some victims in order to get the money of the other party deliberately disguised as hearing impaired patients, the true and false hearing impairment needs to be identified by the relevant departments, this requires forensic staff or judicial personnel to the deaf people to the hearing function test,to identify whether the hearing is normal, hearing impairment, listening,There is a causal relationship between the degree of dysfunction, the degree of hearing impairment,or the hearing impairment. In addition, medical disputes have now developed into a very common problem. In solving medical disputes, staff need to identify the process of hearing impairment in the medical process, such as drugs, instruments, treatment methods and hearing function patients,to determine whether it is a hearing impairment in the course of treatment. The causes of hearing impairment and the correlation with the disease were identified. At present, there are very few laboratory accreditation institutions in China, and there are few experts in hearing function. In the appraisal activities of actual auditory function operation, all kinds of expert appraisers and accreditation organizations are almost dependent on the appraisal opinions of the medical units. For example,in the identification of medical units, they are generally judged by the physicians of the clinical otolaric department, and then the appraisers test individual items, adopt the clinical identification opinions, and issue the clinic. An identification report of the normal bed medical hearing. The commonly used methods of auditory function identification include pure tone audiometry(PTA),speech recognition threshold test(Speech Recognition Threshold,SRT),loudness dominance test(Stenger test),auditory brainstem response(auditory brainstem response),distortion product otoacoustic emission Otoacoustic emission,DPOAE),transient evoked otoacoustic emission(transient otoacoustic emission,TEOAE),multi frequency steady-state evoked potential(Audio Steady-State Response,ASSR)and so on.This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the methods of hearing impairment detection by comparative study,so as to achieve the objective analysis of the degree of ear injury by using the combined data of hearing test. The characteristics of hearing impairment and the relationship between hearing impairment and disease are analyzed and demonstrated. The advantages and disadvantages of hearing impairment detection technology and equipment in judicial practice are analyzed.Except for false deafness. On the basis of previous scholars' research, the principles and clinical manifestations of hearing impairment are analyzed, and the difficulties encountered in forensic identification of hearing impairment are summarized,so as to make theoretical paving for the objective and correct identification of the correct and comprehensive methods.
