Effect Of Nursing Based On Constitution Differentiation On The Recovery Of Intestinal Function After Cesarean Section

Objective: In order to observed the effect of nursing based on constitution differentiation on the recovery of intestinal function after cesarean section,select the main and auxiliary acupoints to carry out the acupoint massage by differentiating the constitution in TCM in parturients after cesarean section.Method: The sample was estimated to be 132 cases.Through literature study,seek out four constitution in TCM.According to stratified randomization,every constitution in TCM group were divided into control group,the treatment groups(acupoint massage group and nursing based on constitution differentiation group).The control group adopted routine nursing measures.The acupoint massage group select Zusanli,Tianshu on the basis of the control group.It select Zusanli and Tianshu acupoints as the main acupoint and select auxiliary acupoints according constitution on the basis of the control group which is the nursing based on constitution differentiation group.The parturients of treatment groups were massaged by massage,kneading,and point when they were back to the ward after the cesarean section.Each point for 3-5 minutes,once every four hours.To determine the curative effect of three groups by observing first exhaust time,first defecation time,the recovery normal time of bowel sound,abdominal circumference increased value and abdominal distension.Results:(1)There were no significant differences(P>0.05)in age,parity,gestational age,weight,height,education,anesthesia,intraoperative bleeding in the three groups.And the baseline data are comparable in the three groups.(2)Comparing of the first exhaust time,first defecation time,the recovery normal time of bowel sound,P<0.05.The treatment groups is superior to the control group,and the effect of nursing based on constitution differentiation group is better than the acupoint massage group.(3)Comparing of the abdominal circumference increased,the treatment groups and the control group are statistically significant,P<0.05.But there was no significant difference between the acupoint massage group and nursing based on constitution differentiation group(P=0.189,P>0.5).(4)During the study,there were six cases of abdominal distension in the control group.The acupoint massage group has two cases of abdominal distention.And there was one cases in the nursing based on constitution differentiation group.Conclusion:(1)Nursing based on constitution differentiation can effectively make the first exhaust time,first defecation time,and the recovery normal time of bowel sound after cesarean section.It is curative effect was superior to other groups.(2)Nursing based on constitution differentiation can effectively reduce the abdominal circumference increased.It is curative effect was superior to control group.But there was a little difference of the treatment groups.(3)Nursing based on constitution differentiation can reduce the incidence of intestinal flatulence after cesarean section.And it also can reduce the incidence of other complications.
