Efficacy Of Palladium Granules Combined With Tamsuloside Hydrochloride In Treatment Of 2.0cm Kidney Stone

Objective:Discussion on the clinical efficacy of Palladium granules combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of more than 2cm kidney stones with electron ureteroscopy.Methods:90 patients with renal tubules with diameter greater than 2 cm were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n = 90).The number of patients are from March 2008-March 2017 from Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University.Each group contains 45 cases.The experimental group combined with Chinese medicine row of stone particles and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets,The control group was treated with tylosine hydrochloride alone.In this experiment once a week after the inspection,the course of treatment or to the row of stone clean.The efficacy was determined at week 2 and week 4,respectively.Observed indicators for stone clearance,renal colic occurrence probability,stone discharge time and over-bladder activity(OABSS)score.Result:1.The actual clearance rate in the experimental group was 97.8%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 86.7%.According to the statistical calculation,the difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.05).2(5.6±1.67)days in the treatment group and(12.7±2.63)days in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 According to the experimental data,the incidence of postoperative renal colic in patients with experimental group was 8.9%,while the incidence of postoperative renal colic in the control group was 24.4%.According to the statistical calculation,the difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The score of OABSS was(5.3±1.19)in the experimental group and(11.2±2.67)in the control group.According to the statistical calculation,the difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelletite granules combined with tannopium hydrochloride for electronic ureteral soft mirror treatment of patients greater than 2.0cm stones with high stone clearance rate,renal colic occurrence probability is small,shorter stone discharge time and less complications of treatment advantages.
