Study On The Academic Experience Of Professor Mengru In Treating Lupus Nephritis Based On Data Analysis

Objective: By analyzing the clinical cases of lupus nephritis treated by Professor Mengru of Chinese medicine and summarizing the characteristics and application rules of Professor Mengru in treating lupus nephritis,this paper further studies the combination thought and clinical experience of Professor Mengru's disease and syndrome.Methods: The medical records of 152 patients who were treated by Professor Lin Li,professor of academic heirs,Mengru,professor of Chinese Medicine,were standardized and collated,and the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine assisted transmission Platform V2.5" was used to analyze the symptoms,signs,syndromes,prescriptions,and The occurrence frequency of the drug sex taste,and the association rules analysis of the main symptom,the symptom of the prescription and the rule of the group,to discuss the correlation between the syndrome-disease-medicine(Fang),and to sum up Professor Mengru's medication rule in treating lupus nephritis.Results:1.General statistics results: In this study,152 cases of male 12 cases accounted for 7.79%,female 140 cases,91.11%,male and female ratio of 1:11.67.The age group was 20-40 years old,with a maximum of 84,and the second ? 40 years old group was 36,with a minimum of 20 years and 32 persons.2.Frequency analysis: In this study 152 cases,1013 consultation,all the symptoms in the first 20 places in order is: God tired,lumbago,fatigue,sleep poor,mouth dry,limb soft weakness,baking heat,palpitations,hair loss,sweat out,lower extremity edema,waist acid,lip dry,joint pain,poor,pharynx,nausea,facial erythema,dizziness,facial red.The tongue is pale red,the moss is thin and white,the moss is thin and yellow,the tongue is reddish,and the pulse is mainly the pulse and the veinlets.The main syndromes of syndrome differentiation are: liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,Qi Yin Two deficiency syndrome,heat-deficiency of yin and thermal syndrome,wind-heat-causing lung syndrome,fever of Yin deficiency and syndrome of deficiency of water.The use of the first 10-digit formula is: Two to pill,Liuwei Dihuang pill,Shengmai drink,add liquid soup,know Bai Dihuang pill,Orange pill,Xiao Chai hu Tang,Angelica peony Powder,jujube seed soup,Wendan soup.The use of traditional Chinese medicine in the first 20 flavors are: Poria Cocos,Raw yellow,Zexie,yam,dogwood,peony Skin,the Madonna,Privet,Dry lotus,Schisandra chinensis,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Banxia,Radix paeoniae alba,Chuanxiong,Bupleurum,angelica,Zhi,orange peel,know mother,Imperata root.The analysis of Chinese herbal medicine,the drug four-gas to cold drugs,the most drugs to Gan Wei drugs,followed by the bitterness of drugs,drugs to return to the liver by the most drugs,followed by the kidney by drugs.3.Cluster analysis,association rules,entropy Clustering analysis:(1)The results of group analysis,the number of support is set to 20%,the reliability of 0.6 analysis of "Liuwei Dihuang pill","two to Pill" is Professor Mengru treatment of Lupus nephritis is the main prescription.(2)The results of the new analysis: The correlation is set to 8,the penalty is set at 2 o'clock,2 of the total number of drugs cluster 119,there are 43 groups of 3 kinds of medicinal herbs,4 kinds of drugs have 22,5 of the cluster of medicinal herbs have 7,6 of the cluster of medicinal herbs are 1,and the Drug Association analysis is related to 11 drugs,The Network Diagram of Drug association analysis obtained 10 drug correlation graphs,and 11 new combinations were obtained.(3)The main symptoms of 6 types of syndromes,the results of drug analysis: liver and Kidney yin deficiency syndrome with low back pain,God tired as the main symptoms,to "Liuwei Dihuang pill" and "two to pill" main side;Qi Yin two deficiency syndrome with God tired,palpitation,fatigue as the main symptoms,to "pulse drink","Liuwei Dihuang pill" and "two to pill" main side;Lumbago is the main symptom,to "know Bai Dihuang pill" and "two to pill" as the main side;to "Rhinoceros Dihuang decoction" and "Bai Rehmannia Dihuang pill" as the main side of the wind-heat of the lung syndrome with God tired,low back pain for the deficiency of the disease,cough for the symptoms of the symptom,to "small chai hu Soup" and "daughter Reed stem Soup" As the main symptom of the syndrome of QI deficiency and water,it is mainly characterized by the exhaustion of the lower limb edema and the "anti-self Huangqi decoction" and "Liuwei Dihuang pill".Conclusion:By using the data Analysis Clustering Analysis,association rules analysis,based on the method of entropy cluster analysis,this paper analyzes the clinical data of Professor Mengru in treating lupus nephritis,and summarizes the law and clinical experience of Professor Mengru in treating lupus nephritis,and further studies the combination thought of disease and syndrome,that is,the combination of disease and syndrome,(1),Syndrome differentiation and treatment,(2)use of the prescription,square to the compatibility,flexible and changeable,(3)pay attention to liver and kidney,adjust the blood,balance the spleen and stomach.The application of data analysis method is helpful and instructive to inherit the research and learn the academic experience of old Chinese medicine.
