| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of herbal cake moxibustion on infertility patients with kidney yang deficiency treated by IVF-ET.To explore the mechanism of herbal cake-separated moxibustion assisting infertility patients with kidney yang deficiency on IVF-ETPregnancy rate.And provides a new treatment idea for treating infertility by traditional Chinese medicine assisted modern reproductive technologyMethods:According to the inclusion criteria,66 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist/gene recombinant follicle stimulatinghormone/humanpostmenopausalgonadotropin/humanchorionic gonadotropin?GnRH-a/r-FSH/HMG/HCG?long-term superovulation regimen,while the treatment group was treated with herbal cake moxibustion assisted long-term superovulation regimen.After 3 courses of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed,statistically analyzed and evaluated.Results:?1?After treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate was 48%in the treatment group and 24%in the control group.There was statistically significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups?p<0.05?.The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the pregnancy rate.?2?After treatment,the biochemical pregnancy rate was 52%in the treatment group and 42%in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups?p>0.05?.The results showed that:after treatment,the two groups were in biochemical pregnancy.The rate of curative effect is equal.?3?The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.6%and the control group was 21.2%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups?p<0.01?.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.?4?The total points of kidney yang deficiency symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups?p<0.01?,the difference was statistically significant,the total points after treatment were compared between the two groups?p<0.05?,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the treatment group in improving waist and knee weakness,chills limb cold,lower abdomen cold pain was significantly better than the control group?p<0.01?,in improving"dizziness tinnitus","sexual desire","nocturia","loose stool","tongue pulse"comparison?p<0.05?,compared with the control group?p<0.05?.The results showed that both groups could improve the symptoms of kidney yang deficiency,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.?5?The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of menstrual total score comparison?p<0.01?,the difference was statistically significant,after treatment of two groups of total score comparison?p<0.01?,the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group and the observation group can significantly improve the menstrual conditions,the treatment group than the control group curative effect is obvious.?6?There was significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups after treatment?p<0.05?,and there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups after treatment?p<0.05?,The results showed that:two groups of treatment:The treatment method can improve the endometrial thickness,and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.?7?The treatment group before and after treatment of endometrium type comparison?p<0.05?,the difference was statistically significant,the control group before and after treatment of endometrium type comparison?p>0.05?,the difference was not statistically significant,after treatment of two groups compared?p<0.05?,the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving endometrial level classification.?8?There was no significant difference in E2 level between the two groups on HCG injection day?p>0.05?and egg number between the two groups?p>0.05?There was significant difference in high quality egg rate?p<0.05?,which indicated that the treatment group had better treatment effect on improving egg quality than the control group.Conclusion:The results of this study show that:herbal cake moxibustion plus IVF-ET superovulation can improve pregnancy rate of infertility due to yang deficiency.The herb cake-partitioned moxibustion scheme has advantages in improving menstrual conditions,symptoms and signs of kidney yang deficiency,endometrial level classification and egg quality of infertility patients with kidney yang deficiency,and worthy of clinical application. |
