ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of Ze Xie Jia Wei decoction on the treatment of patients with spleen deficiency and wet-resistance obesity and its effect on body fat rate(F%).MethodA total of 60 obese patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).In the control group,diet,exercise and other basic tr eatment were given,and the treatment group was treated with the same basic treatmen t as the control group,But add the and the Ze Xie Jia Wei decoction,and the treatme nt period was 30 days.The body fat rate(F%),waist circumference,body weight and BMI of 60 subjects were observed before and after treatment.At the same time,obs erve the changes of TCM syndrome differentiation before and after treatment.Results1.Two groups of patients before treatment and the number of cases,sex,age,body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,body fat rate,Chinese medicine symptom integral and complicating diseases is no statistical significance(P>0.05),has comparability.2.Intra group comparison,there was a statistical difference in weight,BMI,waist circumference and body fat rate(F%)before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in body weight,BMI,waist circumference and body fat rate before and after treatment(P<0.05).After group comparison,the changes of body fat rate(F%)in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the body weight,BMI and waist circumference(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group and the control group was 60.71%and 57.14%respectively,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Intra group comparison,the treatment group before and after treatment in TCM syndrome integral significant statistical difference(P<0.01),the control group before and after treatment in TCM syndrome integral statistical significance(P<0.05);Comparison between groups was lower than the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes effect in the treatment group and the control group was 78.57%and 53.57%respectively.The treatment group and the control group had statistical significance in TCM syndrome effect(P<0.05).6.During the study,both groups showed no serious adverse reactions during the study period.ConclusionZe Xie Jia Wei decoction combined with exercise and diet therapy to treat obesity,wet resistance spleen deficient can reduce the body fat rate(F%)level,relieve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the syndromes curative effect,within the study period of treatment is safe and effective.
