The Clinical Evaluation Of Modified NeiZhangZhengZhuFang For The Treatment Of Eales Disease With The Type Of Context Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Modified Nei Zhang Zheng Zhu Fang on patients of Eales disease with the type of context stasis.To provide theoretical basis and clinical diagnosis and treatment reference for the treatment of Eales disease with TCM.Methods:A total of 40 patients(75 eyes)of Eales disease with the type of context stasis were selected from the clinical cases.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(38 eyes)and the control group(37 eyes).A unified scoring criteria for clinical observation and comparison was established.The treatment group was treated with Modified Nei Zhang Zheng Zhu Fang(granule,once-daily,two times a day),the control group oral Compound thrombosis capsule(three times daily,three capsules each time).Either the treatment group or the control group were supplemented by taking vitamin C tablets,Mecobalamin Tablets and calcium dobesilate dispersible tablets in treatment and follow-up period.The two groups were treated according to the regulations.The objective indicators of visual acuity,fundus,FFA and the systemic changes of patients both in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1)The comprehensive curative effect:The total effective rate was 85% in the treatment group,and it was 45% in the control group(P=0.031<0.05).The results showed that the comprehensive therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(2)TCM syndrome:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90%,but it was 55.0%(P=0.016<0.05)in the control group,which was significant different.The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Visual acuity:The visual acuity of the two groups were both improved after treatment.The results of visual comparison between the two groups was statistically significantand(P=0.001<0.05).The visual acuity before treatment of the two groups were compared(P=0.946>0.05),which was not statistically significant,but it was comparable.(4)Eyeground:The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.5%.The effective rate of the control group was 64.9%.The comparison between the two groups(P=0.047<0.05)showed the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(5)FFA:The total effective rate was 86.8% in the treatment group of 38 eyes.The total effective rate was 67.6% in the control group.The results of FFA comparison between the two groups(P=0.009<0.05)showed statistical significance.Conclusion:(1)Modified NeiZhangZhengZhuFang can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with Eales disease,improve the visual acuity,and promote the absorption of edema,exudation and hemorrhage;(2)In the treatment of patients suffer from Eales disease with the type of context stasis,Modified Nei Zhang Zheng Zhu Fang can regulate qi and invigorate the blood,reduce pathogenic fire,expelling stagnation and improve eyesight,which can significantly improve the constitution of Eales disease patients with the type of context stasis and play a role in the treatment and prevention of Eales disease;(3)In the curative effect,Modified Nei Zhang Zheng Zhu Fang is superior to Compound thrombosis capsule;(4)Modified Nei Zhang Zheng Zhu Fang is safe,effective and easy to be accepted by patients.
