| Objective: Through the comparison on the T-lymphocyte subsets and immune globulin of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients before and after treatment,to observe the influence on immune function of the hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.By comparing liver function of the hepatitis B cirrhosis patients before and after the treatment,this study discuss the role of the new medical means for the hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.Methods: In accordance with the same criteria,60 hepatitis B cirrhosis patients were collected as the research object,and they randomly were divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases each.Both two groups of patients used same symptomatic therapy including liver protection therapy,antiviral therapy,etc.The difference is the extra-manner of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Recipe in the treatment group,treatment lasts for three months.By compare with the levers of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,immune globulin(Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,Ig E),total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),albumin(ALB)before and after the treatment,relative data will be collected and used to carry on statistics analysis.Results: 1.The level of both CD3+ T-lymphocyte have improved after treatment and the experimental group's level higher than control group,the difference is significant(P<0.05),the control group has no significant difference(P>0.05).The levels of CD3+ T-lymphocyte have significant difference between the two group after treatment(P<0.05).2.The level of both CD4+ T-lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ become higher than that before the treatment.The difference within treatment group and control group are significant(P<0.05).At the same time,The level of both CD4+ T-lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ have significant difference between thetwo group after treatment(P<0.05).3.The level of CD8+ T-lymphocyte lower in both two group after treatment,while there are no big differences between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The levels of CD8+ T-lymphocyte have no significant difference between the two group after treatment(P>0.05).4.The level of both Ig A and Ig G lower than that before the treatment.The difference within treatment group and control group are significant(P<0.05).The treatment group are significant(P<0.05).the control group has no significant difference(P>0.05).At the same time,the levels of both Ig A and Ig G have significant difference between the two group after treatment(P<0.05).5.The level of both Ig M and Ig E lower than that before,while there are no big differences between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).At the same time,there are no much difference between the two group after treatment(P>0.05).6.TBIL levels of two groups lower than that before,while there are differences between two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of TBIL have no significant difference between the two group after treatment(P>0.05).7.The level of both ALT and AST become lower than that before the treatment.The difference within treatment group and control group are significant(P<0.05).At the same time,The level of ALT and AST have significant difference between the two group after treatment(P<0.05).8.ALB levels of two groups higher than that before,while there are big differences between two groups after treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,there are much difference between the two group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Recipe can improve the level of CD3+T,CD4+T-lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients,so that it maybe improve the immune function of patients.2.The Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Recipe can reduce the level of Ig A and Ig G of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients so that it maybe improve the immune state of disorder of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.3.The Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Recipe can reduce the level of ALT,AST of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients.it shows Jianpi Shugan Huoxue Recipe maybe improve the function of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients. |
