From The "guts Yu" On The Governance Impaired Glucose Regulation And Clinical Research Of "a Three-dimensional With One Treatment Method"

Objective Observation on the clinical effect of Shudan Jiangzhuo Granule combined with "three-dimensional with one treatment method" on Bile Yu Qi stagnation phlegm disturbance type patients with impaired glucose regulation.Methods In this study,72 Bile Yu Qi stagnation phlegm disturbance type patients with impaired glucose regulation in the outpatient department and ward of Henan Province were divided into treatment group and control group(36 cases).The treatment group were treated with "three-dimensional with one treatment method " and the control group were “Three-dimensional health method”for 12 weeks.The clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome score and symptom score,blood glucose,insulin,haemoglobin A1 C and blood lipids were observed before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy,syndrome score,symptom score and various laboratory indexes before treatment(P> 0.05).In addition to body obesity symptoms integral,the clinical efficacy,syndrome score and symptom score of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment with the two treatment group,In the same group after treatment compared with before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),the comparison between the two groups was superior to the control group(P <0.05)mainly.After treatment,the levels of blood glucose,Hb A1 C,insulin resistance index,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were decreased,and high density lipoprotein increased,and there was significant difference between the same group(P <0.01),The comparison between the two groups was better than the control group(P <0.05)mainly.Conclusion(1)"Three-dimensional with one treatment method" and "three-dimensional health method" can effectively improve the patients with impaired regulation of clinical symptoms and signs,the former is better than the latter.(2)"Three-dimensional with one treatment method" and "three-dimensional health method" can effectively improve the patients with impaired regulation with blood glucose,fasting insulin,Hb AIC,blood lipid levels and BMI,the former effect is more obvious.
