Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Of Nephrotic Syndrome With Jianpi Huayu Decoction

Objective: Observation and Study on traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing spleen and kidney and removing blood stasis for the treatment,formulated the "nourishing spleen and kidney and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction Combined with prednisone acetate for the treatment of spleen and kidney qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis and heat for the clinical curative effect of standard nephrotic syndrome,and the deficiency of the spleen and kidney Yin two,blood stasis and heat as the standard type of patients with nephrotic syndrome the related clinical indicators improved,and evaluate the treatment of spleen and kidney qi and Yin and the blood stasis heat integrated clinical curative effect standard nephrotic syndrome.Methods:1.Select the primary nephrotic syndrome of spleen and kidney yin deficiency type 68 cases of two patients with single blind method,randomly(according to the visiting sequence were randomly divided into treatment group,the provisions of odd,even as control group),controlled trial of the same principle divided into control group and treatment group,the control group of 34 cases.The treatment group of 34 cases.2.Before the clinical study,the treatment group,the control group of patients age,gender,course of disease,clinical symptoms,efficacy indicators,such as testing and analysis,to determine the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.3.Medicine taking method::1)Conventional treatment: edema,low protein suggest that in patients with bed rest.Low salt(<3g/d),reducing the intake of animal fat,high protein diet(protein intake was 0.8-1.0g/(kg-D))with enough calories,calcium,protecting stomach,prevention and control of water,electrolyte and acid-base imbalance.2)Symptomatic treatment:During the experiment,such as the occurrence of severe systemic edema to diuretic swelling(note that the application of loop diuretics to prevent low sodium low potassium hypochloremic alkalosis);infection to anti infection treatment;thrombosis,embolism,acute kidney injury and other complications of treatment should be actively.The control group:The above conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment plus oral hormone(prednisone acetate 1mg/kg.d)treatment,follow the principle and the use of hormone programs;The treatment group: On the basis of the above conventional treatment of Western medicine plus oral hormone(prednisone acetate 1mg/kg.d)treatment on the basis of the use of oral Chinese medicine(Jianpi Huayu Decoction)4.Course of treatment: the course of treatment and medication four weeks,the general observation of three courses.5.The main clinical manifestations related to record after treatment(including related symptoms,signs,tongue,pulse),24 hour urinary protein,serum albumin,cholesterol,blood routine,urine routine,renal function,liver function,make an objective evaluation on the efficacy and safety of medication.Results:1.68 patients(included in this study,8 cases were excluded),there was no significant difference in age,gender,duration of disease,symptoms and other general information between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),and the difference was significant between the two groups.3.The treatment group in the improvement of a small,lassitude,or hand foot heart fever,lumbago or swelling and other symptoms,and reduce urinary protein in 24 hours,correction of hypoproteinemia,lower cholesterol and so on,the effect was better than the control group(P < 0.05).4.The safety indexes,such as vital signs(T,P,R,BP),blood routine(HB,RBC,WBC,PLT),and liver function(ALT),renal function(BUN,SCr,Ccr),statistical analysis was performed before treatment,treatment group,control group between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);after treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:TThe use of Jianpi Zishen Huayu Decoction Combined with prednisone acetate for the treatment of spleen and kidney qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis and heat for nephrotic syndrome patients,improve in a small,lassitude,or hand foot heart fever,lumbago or swelling and other symptoms,and reduce urinary protein in 24 hours,correction of hypoproteinemia,to reduce the cholesterol,the efficacy of the treatment group is better than the single use of prednisone acetate.
