Objective: To a large shipbuilding enterprise occupational hazards detection and workers examination results, analysis and identification of one of the main occupational hazards, and to explore the correlation between major risk factors and harmful outcomes, which made the appropriate management and control Measures to protect the health of workers. Methods: Prevalence get through the Yangtze River Delta region has a representative of a large shipbuilding enterprise in 2011 and 2012,occupational hazards detection information, including occupational hazards of dust, noise, chemical poisons and ultraviolet laser radiation test results, such as test results, and carries on the analysis comparison change trend, screening high hazard, key risk factors.Collected in 201 0 and 201 3,twoYears for related hazard factors abnormal occupational health examination results and compare the change trend,as well as the relationship between hazard factors.Find the key control object.1 Risk factors :The large-scale shipbuilding enterprises dust, noise, chemical poison(manganese and its compounds, zinc oxide, benzene and butyl acetate),laser radiation, ultraviolet radiation and other occupational hazards mainly.Only there is some monitoring results exceed the limit of detection phenomenon, high pass rate of occupational hazards. With respect to 2011,in 2012 the large enterprises in the noise, dust control, chemical poisons and light pollution, radiation, governance, there are some results.2 Occupational health examination: 2011 and 2012,the contact group and the control group of people were abnormal physical examination rate comparative analysis found that in 2011 and 2012 exposed group abnormal rate higher, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3 Risk factors screening: The contact group and individual risk factors target organ hazards abnormal rate of the non-exposed group,in addition to exposure to dust and laser, ultraviolet target organ abnormalities were not detected in the control group, the exposure to noise and chemical poisons abnormal group was clearly higher The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Noise target organ abnormalities highest rate,1.4%;followed by abnormal chemical poisons, target organs 1.2%;again dust, abnormal target organ was 0.8%;X rays, ultraviolet rays of target organ abnormalities was 0.5%.4 High—risk population screening results shown: : By 2012 enterprise workers of occupational hazards screening,we found no significant difference between different age groups of employees hazards in target organs abnormal rate(P> 0.05),however,with the workers age, their physical hazards in target organs abnormal rate has increased tendency;workers abnormal rate target organ hazards seniority differences were statistically significant(P <0.05),in which the length of service more than 1 year(including 1.5 years,6.10 years and over 10 years)populations have differences were statistically significant(P <0.01),and with the increase of length of service, the chance of contact with the target organ hazards populations with the exception also the increase;no significant differences between genders.Conclusions:1 The large-scale shipbuilding enterprises dust, noise, chemical poison(manganese and its compounds, zinc oxide, benzene and butyl acetate),laser radiation, ultraviolet radiation and other occupational hazards mainly.Only there is some monitoring results exceed the limit of detection phenomenon, high pass rate of occupational hazards. With respect to 2011,in 2012 the large enterprises in the noise, dust control, chemical poisons and light pollution, radiation, governance,it has a certain effect.2 The large-scale shipbuilding enterprises in 2011 and 2012 occupational health examination results suggest that: noise, dust, chemical toxins, lasers and ultraviolet radiation have led to corresponding occupational health damage.Occupational health damage is mainly manifested as noise-induced hearing loss, eye damage, lung infections, neurological diseases, hypertension, and ECG abnormalities.3 Chemical poisons(manganese, zinc oxide and BTEX),X rays ultraviolet radiation and noise are the main occupational risk factors in a large enterprise.Given the distribution verification as well as occupational health examination live risk factors, the enterprises should further strengthen the prevention and control of occupational hazards above and equipped with personal protective equipment.Dust although there are certain hazards, but because its production process control and other factors, the harm is not great, but it could not be ignored.4 Contact with the occupational hazards longer length of service employees is a large shipbuilding enterprises focus on monitoring object. The focus for guardianship, personal protection should be strengthened by the changing of the guard, reducing the contact time, etc.,to make it less exposure to occupational hazards, further reduce and eliminate risk factors for employee occupational health damage.
