| Objective:To explore the opportune moment of endodontic treatment of offending teeth with severe periodontitis and to explore the efficacy of periodental non-surgical treatment,combined periodonto-endodontic therapy as well as periodontic-endodontic therapy combined with diode laser therapy in severe periodontitis.Methods:1.Totally 30 teeth with severe periodontitis from 30 cases of patients suffered from severe periodontitis were collected as the research object according to inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into single periodontal treatment group(control group),combined periodonto-endodontic treatment group(experimental group 1)and periodontic-endodontic treatment combined diode laser treatment group(experimental group 2),with 10 teeth in each group.2.The examination of teeth in three groups were performed before treatment as well as 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,respectively,and the related clinical indicators were recorded.Results:In all the studied 30 offending teeth,the differences among control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 in clinical indicators before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 3 months treatment,the significant difference in clinical indicators among control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 started to appear(P<0.05).After treatment for 12 months,the significant difference in clinical indicators between experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 began to appear(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The periodontal non-surgical treatment combined endodontic treatment is more conducive to recovering periodontal tissue in those severe periodontitis patients with sluggish dental pulp vitality2.The efficacy of the periodontal non-surgical treatment assisted with diode laser + combined periodonto-endodontic treatment in the recovery of periodontal tissue of patients with severe periodontitis was better than that combined periodonto-endodontic treatment. |
