10 Cases Of Using One-time Root Canal Therapy With Endomethason Paste Case Report

Objective: Discussion on using one-time root canal therapy with Endomethason paste effect.Methods: Research from August 2014 to December 2015,a total of 10 patients,male,between the ages of 30-40 years,with apical periodontitis chronic pulpitis ?residual inflammatory conditions.Patient during open dental pulp under local anesthesia,and spinal cord exposed pulp Chamber floor,and at the root canal orifices,dredge canals,determining root canal working length and PIN shooting,x-ray shows length in place.G root canal Crown drilled open 1/3,then root canal Crown 1/3 S1 filing preparation,S2 files in the root canal 1/3,and F1 files for root-Tip 1/3 ready,with 3% and 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution of hydrogen peroxide alternating wash,dry,try shooting film,x-ray shows length in place.Import Endomethasone as root canal filling paste,gutta percha filling,shoot root,x-ray shows just filling cement bottom resin filling.Remove the rubber dam.Adjust occlusion and Polish.A week after surgery and after the sixth month and one-year follow-up study observed a total of one year's time.Results: On that day to a week after surgery,there are two groups of patients to go home a little discomfort,but do not need to take the medicine will automatically alleviate postoperative follow-up of patients after six months and a year,recovering well,x-ray shows apical original lesions became smaller towards healing,therapy with successful results..Conclusion: One-time root canal treatment and have their own advantages compared to the conventional root canal therapy,eliminating the need for root canal medication processes and procedures,reducing the number of medical patients,saving time,it would also protect the root canal during root canal infections caused by various factors,avoiding the allergic reaction and toxic effects of some drugs.Conclusion: 1.one-time root canal treatment to reduce the number of visits and treatment time,can also prevent the root canal during the closure of various factors cause root canal re-infection.2.Endomethason filling the use of paste can effectively slow down the pain after root canal filling.
