Objective:To observe the effect of digestive endoscopy after high level disinfection on microorganism growth in different temperature, humidity and time storage environment.Provides more detailed, scientific reference data for safe storage of temperature, humidity and storage time under endoscopy, constantly refine and improve the Endoscopic Storage, reduce the frequency of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, increase the service life of endoscopy, save medical resources, improving the efficiency of Endoscopic Nursing staff, reduce working pressure, enhancing career Well-being,improving the efficiency of clinical endoscopy,to further improve the safety of endoscopic storage.Methods:1.Experimental intervention method:32 endoscopes according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected by simple random sampling method, and were randomly divided into two groups, which were included in the experimental study. All the research objects, after the stored ambient air has been sterilized, the experimental material conditions are ready to be intact, the endoscope after the high-level disinfection of ophthalaldehyde is performed,at different temperatures and humidity(the temperature and humidity are 15-25℃41-60%/15-25℃61-80%/15-25>81%/26-30℃41-60%/26-30℃61-80%/26-30℃>81%/>30℃,41-60%/>30℃61-80%/>30℃>81%)at the same time,in the environment where the storage time is up to 12 hours/24 hours/48 hours/72 hours/7 days/14 days respectively,Sampling, testing and microorganism culture of endoscope biopsy, suction cavity, outer surface and indoor air, after 24 hours of culture, the microorganism growth results were recorded in the biopsy canal, the suction canal, the outer surface and the air,and the species of microbes were detected.2.Statistical methods:The data were entered into Excel2016 by double input and analyzed by SPSS20.0.Descriptive analysis was used to describe the growth of microbes in endoscope and air at different time and temperature and humidity.S-W test was used to describe the measurement data in accordance with normal distribution. The mean±standard deviation was used to describe the measurement data of non-normal distribution, and the median and quartile spacing were used to describe the measurement data of non-normal distribution.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the effects of time, temperature, humidity and different types of endoscopyon the growth of endoscope microorganism. The level ofα=0.05,P<0.05had statistical significance.Results:1.Under the storage conditions of different temperature and humidity, the results of microorganism culture under the storage cycle of 12 hours were negative andnon-microbialgrowth,in differenttemperature andhumidity storage environments with 24h-7d storage cycle, the results of microorganism culture were all positive after 14 days of culture.2.There was no significant correlation between the temperature and the growth of endoscope microorganism after storage(P>0.05);the correlation between different humidity and the growth of endoscope microorganism after storage was statistically significant, the microorganism growth of endoscope in storage environment with humidity range of 41-60%and storage environment with humidity of more than 81%was significantly different(?~2=12.704,P<0.05);there was a significant correlation between the different time and the growth of endoscope microorganism after storage(?~2=40.294,P<0.05),the positive rate of microorganism culture in storage endoscope was linearly correlated with time in different storage cycle;there was no significant correlation between the two different types of endoscopy and the growth of microorganism in post-storage endoscopy(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the growth of microorganism between the aspiration canal and biopsy canal stored by endoscope at different time and temperature and humidity(?~2=3.455,P>0.05).4.At different time, temperature and humidity, the microbiological culture results of air and endoscope inserted into the outer surface were negative.Conclusion:1.Different temperatures had no effect on the growth of microorganism in endoscope after storage.2.The experimental data show that the humidity of storage environment is between 41%and 60%,which is the most suitable for safe storage of endoscopy.3.The storage time of endoscope was relatively safe within 12 hours after high level disinfection of OPA;in a storage environment with a temperature of 15-25℃and a humidity of 41-60%,the storage period is 7 days is relatively safe;14 days for endoscopy unsafe storage cycle. The growth of microbes in the endoscope is strictly monitored during a safe storage period.4.Two different types of endoscopy, gastroscopy and colonoscopy, had no effect on the growth of microbes in post-storage endoscopy.5.The microorganism growth of endoscopy biopsy canal and suction canal is not different because of the different cavity canal after storage, and the effect of high level disinfection of endoscopy was strengthened.6.In different time and temperature and humidity storage environment, the disinfection effect of indoor air stored by endoscope should be ensured and the indoor air should be kept clean.
