Study On The Quality Standards Of Paederia Scandens(Lour.) Merr.

Objective:To engage in a pharmacognostical study on PAEDERIAE.The quality standards content morphological identification,microstructure characters,TLC identify,the limit of moisture and total ash,extractives content,and the determination of Paederoside test by HPLC were established.These results can be usd as reference basis in control the quality of PAEDERIAE.Methods:The topic applied feature and microscopical identification,physical and chemical identification,electron microscope scanning to study PAEDERIAE.Compare the samples collected from different areas by thin-layer chromatography identification,with Paederia scandens as the control anti.According to the methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015)part IV,the moisture,ash in 14 batches of PAEDERIAE have been tested.From a comparative study on results that the sample were extracted with dilute ethanol,ethanol,water by hot dip,14 batches of samples have been tested.Determination of Paederoside in Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.,tested by HPLC.Results:1.The identification characteristics of PAEDERIAE have been established.2.The microscopic characteristics of PAEDERIAE’s cross sections of stem and owers,have been established.3.The TLC identification methods for PAEDERIAE have been established.The methods is: ultrasonic extracting the samples with 70% ethanol.The solvent system of CHCl3-Me OH-NH4OH(4.5:1:0.4),of which the lower solution,with the solution of 2% vanillic aldehyde-concentrated sulfuric acid as color-developing agent,displaying color in 105 ℃.4.Accumulated 14 batchese of datas in moisture and ash.According to the test results,provisions PAEDERIAE’s moisture shall not be more than 13%,and total ashshall not be more than 7%.5.Accumulated 14 batchese of datas in aqueous extract,provisions PAEDERIAE’s aqueous extract shall not be less than 15%.6.The method of Paederoside determination in PAEDERIAE have been established.According to the test results,provisions the Paederoside determination in PAEDERIAE shall not be less than 0.3%.7.Completed the drafting and the notes of drafting of the quality standard of Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.Conclusion:In the quality standard of Paederia scandens(Lour.)Merr.,identification characteristics and microscopic characteristics are described exactly.The method of TLC identification is easy to handle.The limit of moisture,total ash and aqueous extract are reasonable.The method of Paederoside determination by hplc is easy to handle,which in good reproducibility,and the result is exactly.This quality standard can be use to control the quality of PAEDERIAE,it can also be improve the production and application of PAEDERIAE.
