Clinical Study On TCM Syndromes Of Infectious Mononucleosis

ObjectiveIn this study,we collected the four diagnostic data of children with infectious mononucleosis syndrome,the relevant statistical analysis of the TCM syndromes,try to explore the distribution of TCM syndromes in children with infectious mononucleosis syndrome,for the treatment of children with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation Mononucleosis syndrome to provide the basis.MethodIn this study,we retrospectively included 200 patients who were diagnosed with infectious mononucleosis syndrome in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2011 to 2016,and used frequency statistics to study the distribution of TCM syndromes.ResultThe distribution of syndromes is mainly manifested in the lung,table,liver,spleen,stomach,large intestine and small intestine.The disease syndrome is mainly heat,poison,wind,wet,sputum,followed by dry,Cold,blood heat,drink and so on.The pathogenesis is characterized by evil.There are seven types of syndromes in children with infectious mononucleosis syndrome.Among them,the combination of five proofs,the composition of the percentage of 27%,three,four and six syndromes combination of its composition ratio were 19%,18%,17%.Other combinations of the proportion of less.The combination of disease to two disease,three disease,four disease-based combination of the majority of cases with two or three disease.(16%),two-disease + two-disease target(11.5%),and the disease was the most common disease,,Two disease + a disease target(9%).Conclusion1.General information shows that gender,male children more common,the age of onset more concentrated in the pre-school age(6 years ago),have occurred throughout the year,but there are two small peaks in spring and autumn.2.This study uses the syndrome differentiation system to obtain more objective results: exogenous pathogens are external pathogenic factors,including heat,poison,wind,wet,sputum,but also dry,food,cold,blood heat,Drink and other factors involved.Humidity is an important factor affecting the lingering of IM disease.Sputum is a causative factor,but also pathological products,IM disease is complex,the progress of the key factors.Lesions mainly in the lung,table,and liver more closely related to the stomach,spleen,large intestine,small intestine.Pathogenesis is mainly evil.3.Infectious mononucleosis syndrome,the prevalence of syndromes are widely distributed,mostly associated disease,more violations of the disease,the combination of complex forms of evidence.IM incidence of the syndrome to the lungs of wind and heat syndrome,lung heat syndrome,heat poisoning syndrome combination of more common form.
