Objective:1 By comparing the difference of normal electrophysiological parameters between normal youth and normal middle-aged subjects,some mechanisms of normal brain aging were found.2 Through the study of the neurophysiological changes of cognitive impairment of liver qi stagnation and mild cognitive impairment(MCI),the causes of the aging of MCI cognitive function were further explored,and the mechanism of aging of cognitive function Research lay the foundation.Methods:1 Screening subjects This survey composed of face-to-face interviews and self-administered including self made general questionnaire,Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Global Deterioration Scale(GDS).MoCA was performed to measure cognitive function.Case-control study was used to age,gender,level of education as the matching conditions,selecting and matching the(hepatic depression type MCI patients in normal middle and old age group.Take the matching conditions of gender,the selection and normal middle and old age group match the normal youth group.2 Neural electrophy?iological detection Collect each group event related potentials(ERPs)data,explore ERPs mismatch negative(MMN)and extraneous P3a differences in each groups.Results:1 Compared with the normal youth group,the latency of P3a in normal middle and old age group was significantly prolonged(F(1,36)?7.717,P=0.009,?2=0.177),the amplitude was significantly decrease(F(1,36)=0.873,P=0.356,?2=0.024);There were no significant group differences in the MMN latency(F(1,36)=2.111,P=0.155,?2=0.055)and amplitude(F(1,36)=0.873,p=0.356,?2=0.024).2 Compared with the normal middle and old age group,the latency of MMN in MCI group was significantly prolonged(F(1,36)-7.453,P?0.010,?2=0.172),the amplitude was significantly decrease(F(l,36)=4.467,p=0.042,?2=0.110);the latency of P3a in MCI group was significantly prolonged(F(1,36)=4.901,P?0.033,?2=0.120),the amplitude was marginally significantly decrease(F(1.36)=3.578,P=0.067,?2?0.090).3 Compared with the normal middle and old age group,the MMSE scores of MCI had no significant differences(P>0.05);the MoCA scores of MCI was significantly decrease,and the difference between the space and execution,language,abstract,delayed recall,orientation,score was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in attention and naming scores(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Attention to the difficulties of normal brain aging is one of the electrophysiological mechanisms of the nerve.2 Visual space and implementation,language,abstraction,delayed recall,and directional decline are the main behavioral changes in patients with liver qi stagnation.3 Perceived ability to weaken and pay attention to difficulties,is the liver depression MCI cognitive function to accelerate the decline of one of the reasons.
