Xiaoyao Powder Combined Moxibustion On Liver Spleen Deficiency Of Hepatitis B Patients With Cirrhosis Serum IL-21 And The Influence Of T Cells

Objective: By comparing before and after treatment to change type hepatitis b patients with cirrhosis of the liver and blood syndromes alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),CD4+T and CD8+T lymphocytes,observation of xiaoyao powder combined moxibustion on its clinical efficacy.Detected and observed before and after treatment in the experimental group and control group patients serum interleukin 21(interleukin-21,IL-21)level change,by analysis of xiaoyao powder combined moxibustion to change the type of hepatitis b cirrhosis patients' immune system and the influence of serum IL-21 xiaoyao powder combine mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver.Methods:Randomly selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of patients as the research object,a total of 40 cases,1:1proportion distribution of patients in experimental group and control group,two groups of patients in 20 cases.Control group patients with western medicine support therapy,such as antiviral,diuresis,protect liver enzyme and albumin supplementation,etc.Patients in the control group on the basis of western medicine support therapy plus oral xiaoyao powder combined moxibustion moxibustion,8weeks of treatment.Change and syndromes was observed two groups of patients with serum ALT,AST,CD4+T cells and CD8+T lymphocytes index changes before and after the treatment,and using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)detection in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with serum IL-21 cytokine levels.In the process of test,the control group and experimental group each fall off in 2 cases,so all the 18 patients in both groups.Results: 1.Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome integral was all have dropped significantly,the down more obvious compared with the control group and test group,two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome integral comparison,difference was statistically significant(P = 0.007).2.Blood ALT levels after treatment in both groups before treatment were significantly decline,down more obvious compared with the control group and test group,two groups of patients after treatment the ALT levels more significant differences(P=0.007).3.Blood AST levels after treatment in both groups before treatment were significantly decline,down more obvious compared with the control group and test group,two groups of patients after treatment the AST levels more significant differences(P=0.020).4.Two groups of patients after treatment of blood CD4+T lymphocyte levels are rising before the treatment,and the experimental group than the control group on the big fluctuation,two groups of patients after treatment of blood CD4+T lymphocyte level more significant differences(P = 0.034).5.Two groups of patients after treatment the blood level of CD8+T lymphocytes are rising before the treatment,and the experimental group than the control group on the big fluctuation,two groups of patients after treatment the blood level of CD8+T lymphocytes are significant differences(P = 0.023).6.Two groups of patients after treatment than before treatment serum levels of IL-21 all have dropped significantly,down more obvious compared with the control group and test group,two groups of patients after treatment serum levels of IL-21 more significant differences(P = 0.007).Conclusion:1.Joint moxibustion xiaoyao powder can improve the patients' TCM syndrome integral,reduce the patients' serum ALT,AST levels,suggests that the liver xiaoyao powder combined moxibustion could resolve depression,nourishing blood spleen to protect liver,reduce the role of liver inflammation.2.Free and unfettered scattered union moxibustion can increase the serum of CD4+T and CD8+T lymphocytes,shows that at large the immune function of patients with combined moxibustion to adjust,improve patients physical fitness.3.The xiaoyao powder combined moxibustion can decrease the level of serum IL-21 patients,showed that xiaoyao powder combined moxibustion could regulate immune system function,liver to protect liver anti-inflammatory,the role of immune regulation...
