Effect Of Different Moxibustion On Serum IL - 8 And IL - 10 Contents In Rats With Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

Purpose: this experiment through direct moxibustion moxibustion quantitydifferent stimulation treatment for chronic ulcerative colitis rats,observation on the general situation of the experimental animal, morphology andimmunology index (IL-8, IL-10), to explore the treatment of chronic ulcerativecolitis is appropriate amount of moxibustion, provide better experimental basisfor clinical treatment.Materials and methods:32healthy SPF SD rats, according to random number tablemethod were randomly divided into blank group, model group, moxibustion threestrong group, moxibustion six strong group, the moxibustion9strong group. Bytrinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) and dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) is givenpriority to, induced rat model of chronic ulcerative colitis. After the successof the building, three strong group, moxibustion moxibustion six strong group,the moxibustion9strong group respectively with direct moxibustion3zhuang,6zhuang,9zhuang, treatment for14days, the blank group, model group was giventhe same fixed scraping, untreated. Observe each group general condition ofrats,morphology and immunology index (IL-8, IL-10).Results:1、General observation: groups of rats with the model group, the rats eatingless, poor mental state, unresponsive, afraid of cold, arch back, hair erect,dim impurity, weight loss, defecate number increase, not forming, bloody stool.After moxibustion treatment, mental state, diet of rats, afraid of the cold backarched, hair bright and clean degree, defecate conditions improve, andmoxibustion9zhuang good something a bit6strong group, moxibustion6zhuanggood something a bit3strong group.2、Each group rats colon tissue morphological observation:(1) observed colontissue pathology: model group: colonic mucosa with extensive defect,organization structure, glands, fossae and gland hyperplasia, goblet cells decreased, the mucosa with chronic inflammatory cell infiltrates, hyperemiaedema. After moxibustion treatment, the rat colonic mucosa and submucoushyperemia, edema state earlier better, inflammatory cells infiltrationreduction, goblet cells began to accumulate, colonic mucosa defect, gland damageearlier better, and moxibustion9zhuang good something a bit6strong group,moxibustion6zhuang good something a bit3strong group.(2) the colon tissuepathology electron microscope: model group: most of colonic mucosa epitheliummicrovilli disappear, endoplasmic reticulum expansion in the cell, mitochondriaswelling and colonic mucosa epithelial cells shrivel, smaller volume, nucleuspycnosis, chromatin condensed. After treatment with moxibustion, colonic mucosaepithelium microvilli began to accumulate, endoplasmic reticulum expansion inthe cell, mitochondria swelling, nucleus pycnosis began to improve, andmoxibustion9zhuang good something a bit6strong group, moxibustion6zhuanggood something a bit3strong group.3、IL-8and IL-10content change: compared with normal group rats UC modelrats serum IL-8content increased significantly, IL-10content significantlydecreased, difference have statistical significance (P﹤0.01); Compared withmodel group, the moxibustion treatment group rats serum IL-8contentsignificantly decreased, IL-10content increased significantly, differencehave statistical significance (P﹤0.01); Moxibustion treatment group,69zhuang zhuang, moxibustion moxibustion group than moxibustion3strong lowcontent of serum IL-8, high content of IL-10, the difference is statisticallysignificant (P﹤0.01), the moxibustion moxibustion9strong group6stronggroup of low content of serum IL-8, high content of IL-10, there was nostatistically significant difference (P st130.05).Conclusion:1、Direct moxibustion on chronic ulcerative colitis rats could improve thebehavior and morphology, a certain range, the greater the amount of moxibustion,the more obvious improvement. 2、Direct moxibustion can reduce chronic ulcerative colitis rats serum IL-8levels, increase content of IL-10, a certain range, the moxibustion quantity,the greater the immunological indexes (IL-8, IL-10) value is close to normal,3、the mechanism of action of direct moxibustion on chronic ulcerativecolitis,possibly by lowering the content of IL-8, increase content of IL-10.
