Study On The Effect Of Sijunzi Decoction And Yupingfeng Powder Prescription Using In Rapid Rehabilitation Of Patients Who Has Asthenia Of Pulmonosplenic Qi After Lung Cancer Surgery

Objective To observe the curative effect of Sijunzi decoction and Yupingfeng powder prescription using in rapid rehabilitation of patients who has asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi after lung cancer surgery,and judge its clinical application value further.Methods 1.Select 120 cases of patients who has asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi after lung cancer surgery from june 2016 to june 2017,divid 60 cases randomly into control group and observation group,control group patients were given postoperative routine treatment,observation group of patients on this basis using Sijunzi decoction and Yupingfeng powder prescription self made in our hospital.2.Observe and record the postoperative pain score,time out of bed,time of pulling out the drainage tube,measure the inflammation index changes of C reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count and neutrophils percentage in two groups of patients,check the immune function index of peripheral blood IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3+,CD4+T lymphocyte and so on of the two groups of patient after surgery.Evaluation of the changes of Clinical observation index of traditional Chinese Medicine by the quantitative table of lung qi deficiency syndrome,determination of the quality of life of patients by Karnofsky(Cartesian,KPS,percentile)functional status score.3.Process and analyze the above indexes in turn by the SPSS 16.0 statistics software,the measurement data are represented by mean number + standard deviation(x + s),T test was used for comparison between groups,repeated measurement of variance analysis was used in the two groups of postoperative pain scores.The comparison between the enumeration data groups was tested by the χ2 test,the difference of P value is less than 0.05 has statistical significance,To judge the clinical application value of Sijunzi decoction and Yupingfeng powder prescription.Results 1.The observation group can obviously shorten the first time of getting out of bed after the application of Sijunzi decoction and Yupingfeng powder prescription,reducing the retention time of thoracic drainage tube,improve the symptoms of pain obviously,the difference was statistically significant.2.The observation group had less inflammatory response in the objective laboratory index evaluation,immune function is promoted,the KPS score is higher,comparison of the levels of immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3+ and CD4+T lymphocytes in two groups of patients,has statistical difference.3.Two groups of patients with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome after operation of lung cancer will gradually improve with postoperative rehabilitation,But the application of this traditional Chinese medicine prescription can improve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine more obvious,the overall effect is better.Conclusion Sijunzi decoction and Yupingfeng powder prescription using in rapid rehabilitation of patients who has asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi after lung cancer surgery,It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients after operation,alleviate inflammatory response and improve autoimmune function,and then promote the rapid recovery of patients after operation,get higher quality of life,worth of further promotion in clinical practice.
