Objective To investigate the expression of Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in serum of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD)and its correlation. Methods A total of 187 patients underwent coronary angiography(CAG)from August 2015 to August 2016.According to theresults,131patients with coronary heart disease and control group without coronary heart disease. The serum levels of BDNF in all patients were determined by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),Acute coronary syndrome group(ACS group,50 cases),according to Grace score will be divided into coronary heart disease group:low-risk group,middle-risk group and high-risk group.Results1.The serum levels of BDNF in the CAD group was significantly higher than that in the Con group(P<0.01).The serum BDNF level in the ACS group was significantly higher than that in the SCAD group(P<0.01);2.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of BDNF was negatively correlated with age(r =-0.222,P<0.05),and total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and other factors were positive(Body Mass Index,BMI),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL)(R = 0.062,r = 0.013,r = 0.127,r = 0.099,r =-0.104,P>0.05).3.There was a significant negative correlation between the serum levels of BDNF concentration and Grace risk score in ACS group(r =-0.814,P<0.01),while The serum levels of BDNFconcentration in SCAD group was not correlated with Grace risk score(r = 0.084,P>0.05);Conclusions1.BDNF was highly expressed in the serum of coronary heart disease group, especially in the ACS population.2.In the correlation analysis with the Grace risk score, the ACS population was significantly negatively correlated with Grace risk score. It possibly indicates BDNF have a diagnostic value of the clinical evaluation of the ACS population.
