Objective Discussion that acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients of plasma N‐terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT‐proBNP) level and the global registry of acute coronary events(GRACE) risk score and the correlation between the severity of coronary artery disease.Method Clinical diagnosis in 198 ACS patients as the research object, All patients were treated by coronary artery angiography to determine the degree of coronary artery lesions; According to the GRACE risk score standard patients were divided into three groups: low risk group, medium risk group, high risk group; plasma NT‐proBNP levels in patients were detectedbetween groups were compared; the change of NT‐proBNP level and the severity of coronary artery disease relationship, correlation and compare the GRACE risk score and NT‐proBNP levels.Result The level of NT‐proBNP in patients with ACS in each group were higher than normal level, and from the low risk group to the high‐risk group gradually increased, but the risk group and low risk group have no significant difference, the difference was statistically significant in low risk group and high risk group, medium risk group; low risk group of coronary arterylesions in single majority, double branch, three branchlesions less, most coronary risk group three branch lesions; GRACE risk score and the level of NT‐proBNP showed a positive correlation. Conclusion The plasma NT‐proBNP level in patients with ACS and GRACE risk score is highly correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, their combination can better judge ACS condition and correct choice of treatment strategy.
