Clinical Observation Of Xiaofeng Powder Combined With Modified Emadine Eye Drops In The Treatment Of Wind Heat Type Complex Head Itch Disease

Purpose: To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaofeng,powder combined with modified emadine eye drops in the treatment of wind heat type complex head itch disease.Method: This study is from January 2016 to January 2017 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ophthalmology clinic were diagnosed as wind heat type complex eye pruritus in 72 patients as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group(Xiaofeng San combined emadine eye drops in the treatment of 36 cases),the control group used alone(Emadine eye drops as a treatment of the clinical study of 36 cases,a total of 2 courses.Each course has 7 days.The symptoms and signs of before and after treatment will be recorded and analyzed statistically.Result: First,The treatment group and control group before treatment of age and sex,symptoms and signs were compared between groups,P >0.05,does not have a difference,it is not statistically significant,it will indicate the two groups before the said treatment,there will be no difference,for the next test.Second,the end of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of the symptoms and signs of efficacy analysis will be compared.,P < 0.05,indicating a significant difference,comparable,after treatment and before treatment(X ±S value),it will show that the two groups of patients will achieve good curative effect after treatment.Third,the total effective rate of the treatment group will be 88.89%,and the total effective rate of the control group will be,X2 test,PearsonX2=3.192,V=1,P=0.037,P <0.05,it will also indicate that the total effective rate of the two groups of patients will be different,and with comparability.Conclusion: 1,The research results shows that: Xiaofeng San combined Emadine eye drops and eye Emadine alone will not be an effective treatment of the wind heat type complex eye itching,and can relieve the patients with ocular symptoms and signs in the treatment group,and ocular itching,photophobia,tearing,foreign body sensation and conjunctival congestion and edema papillary and follicular,conjunctiva,corneal epithelial edema,eyelid ball will change than the control group.2,The treatment of wind heat type complex eye itch total will be an effective rate than the control group,shown that Xiaofeng San combinedEmadine eye drops in the treatment of wind heat type complex eye itch has more advantages,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
