| Purpose: Meridian stream and the recovery of disease from six pairs of channels are the two existing theories of chronomedicine in China.But there are many differences between the two theories and the Twelve-hour-correspondence.In order to inherit and develop the precious heritage of Chinese traditional medicine,it is necessary to study the meridian stream and the recovery of disease from six pairs of channels.Therefore this paper will collect and collate relevant literature,the two theories will be compared to explain their links.And provide new ideas for the improvement of clinical curative effect of TCM and the application of health care,in order to achieve a better solution for the purpose of clinical application of meridian stream and the recovery of disease from six pairs of channels.Method: Through the searching and collation of relevant literature,start with the terrestrial branch which is the base of the common time of the two theories first,to explore the astronomy connotation of Earthly Branches.Then from Ying and wei,the primordial eight trigrams and the posterior eight trigrams and Form and gasification to explore the connotation of meridian stream and the recovery of disease from six pairs of channels.Result: Through the collation and analysis we found that the Twelve terrestrial branches is not without scientific reasons,but also has a clear connotation of time and space.In the twelve regular meridians,Yingqi can flow in,related to the primordial eight trigrams,that is form quality;but in the Liujing,it has close relationship with Weiqi,related to the the posterior eight trigrams,we call it gasification.In the course of disease diagnosis and treatment,firstly,according to the characteristics of time,then select the right way in both meridian stream and the recovery of disease from six pairs of channels.Secondly,judging the pathogenesis and taking prescription drugs.It has played a guiding role in the clinical application. |
