Based On The Theory Of Brain And Intestine Tongzhi Maziren Pill In The Treatment Of Minimal Hepatic Encephalopathy(Gastrointestinal Heat Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Maziren pill in the treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy(gastrointestinal heat syndrome).Method:A total of 72 patients who were diagnosed with minimal hepatic encephalopathy(gastrointestinal heat syndrome)from the Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1: 1 group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Maziren pill Chinese medicine decoction,and the control group was given lactulose oral solution.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The changes of liver function,NCT-A,DST and blood ammonia were detected and recorded in the two groups.The changes of symptoms and signs were observed and recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.Result: 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.A total of60 patients completed the study according to the treatment plan.The total effective rate was93.33% and 80.00% in the treatment group and the control group respectively.The mean value of the total score before treatment was 12.4±2.59 in the treatment group and 12.5±2.81 in the control group.After treatment,the average score of the total score was 6.83±2.53 in the treatment group and 8.87±3.80 in the control group.The total efficacy,TCM symptom score,liver function,NCT-A,DST,blood ammonia,the statistical treatment,P <0.05,statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group of good efficacy.Conclusion: Maziren pill have the effect of improving the psychological score of liver disease,liver function and blood ammonia,so as to judge the role of Maziren pill with the treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy,and no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
