Study On The Mechanism Of Compound Hibiscus Flower Leaf Ointment On The Repair Of Rat Perianal Wound

Objective: to investigate the mechanism of the effect of compound hibiscus flower leaf ointment on the healing of perianal wound in rats,and to observe the effect of compound hibiscus flower extract on the expression of TGF-beta1 in the repair of perianal wound in rats.Methods : 36 SD rats were randomly divided into model,compound Hibiscus leaf extract,Shengjiyuhong ointment group,vaseline group,10 rats in each group.After treatment,third,7 14 d of the three groups of SD rats were wound area measurement and calculation of the wound the healing rate,and observe the wound.After treatment,third,7 14 d direct granulation tissue forceps,Formaldehyde Solution fixed specimens,fibroblasts were dynamically observed after treatment of granulation tissue,the expression of TGF-beta 1 and granulation tissue collagen and capillaries.After modeling the daily wound dressing treatment,until the big in the wound healing to be executed,calculating the wound healing time.Results:The wound healing rate,wound healing time,the expression of TGF-beta 1,the granulation tissue fibroblasts,collagen and capillaries were significantly better than those of the other two groups in 3D,7d,14 d.1.there was a statistically significant difference in the healing time and healing rate of the perianal wound between the compound Hibiscus Lotus Leaf Cream group and the Yuhong Shengji ointment group(P<0.05)2.compound Hibiscus Lotus Leaf Cream group and Yuhong Shengji ointment group,the proliferation of fibroblasts,the expression of collagen and the formation of capillary in the granulation tissue of perianal wound in rats were higher than those in the vaseline group3.the expression level of TGF-and beta 1 in granulation tissue of perianal wound of compound Hibiscus Lotus Leaf Cream group was higher than that of Yuhong Shengji cream group and vaseline group(P<0.05)c Conclusion:1.Compound Hibiscus leaf Gaoke significantly improve the healing rate of anus wound,shorten wound healing time,improve wound expression that the rat model of anus wound recovery in the process of TGF-beta1 quality.2.TGF-beta1 wound healing,confirmed the xiangpishengji paste mechanism of promoting wound healing may regulate TGF-p1 in granulation tissue of wound surface.In the compound Hibiscus leaf extract on wound healing in the process of TGF-beta1 was promoted.TGF-beta1 plays an important role in the regulation of wound healing,compound Hibiscus leaf extract may be the repair process by promoting the expression of TGF-bata1 in the cells to complete the wound.3.Compound Hibiscus leaf extract to promote perianal wound healing is better than red jade Shengji ointment group and the vaseline group.
