TB/HIV Double Infection Epidemic Characteristics And Analysis Of Anti-tuberculosis Treatment In Yining During 2010 To 2015

Objective:in order to study the feature of dual TB/HIV infection epidemic situation and epidemiological characteristics,find the focus of the prevention and control work,and to understand the treatment and prognosis of TB/HIV double infected patients(hereinafter referred to as double sense)in Yining.Methods:the retrospective study was used to investigate TB/HIV dual infection patient medical records and infectious disease network reported data in Yining city during 2010 to 2015,and collect the basic information,diagnostic results,laboratory examination,treatment and outcome of patients with double sense,and carries on the statistical analysis to the data.Results:1.From 2010/1/1 to2015/12/31,the total number of the new registration report of double TB/HIV infection was 623 cases,and the average reporting rate of 6 years was 19.6/10 million,and double TB/HIV infected patients average annual rate of registration report showed a trend of falling volatility.According to the analysis of the three distribution characteristics,male,young adults,and uygur TB/HIV had a higher rate of registration report,and the rate of urban registration was higher than that of rural areas.2.Double TB/HIV infection:the number of sputum smear negative double sensation patients was 492(accounting for78.97%),and the number of sputum smear positive double sensation patients was 74 cases(accounting for 11.88%),and the number of tuberculous pleurisy and other extrapulmonary tuberculosis was 57 cases(accounting for 9.15%).Among them,the proportion of sputum smear positive double sense patients was significantly lower than that of the sputum smear positive patients(55.997%)(?~2=22.053,P=0.001).in the same period of simple tuberculosis patients.3.During 2010 to 2015,the effects of treatment on623 cases of TB/HIV double infection registered in Yining were effective,and the cure rate was 78.38%,and the completion course rate was 95.63%,and the treatment success rate was 93.58%,which was higher than the related reports,and the mortality rate was3.37%.The antiviral treatment rate of the patients with double sensation was 49.12%.The cure rate,the completion course rate and the success rate of treatment were all higher than those who had not received the antiviral treatment.The mortality and failure rate were lower than those without antiviral treatment.Conclusion:From 2010 to 2015,registration report TB/HIV dual infection rate in Yining was far higher than the national average annual registration report rate although it was in downward trend(2011 statistics national sense of registration and reporting rate of 1/10 million).Male patients were more than female patients Young adults and the Uygur population registration report rate were higher,thus they should be regarded as the double sense of prevention and control and health publicity and education.We should strengthen the joint prevention and control mechanism of TB prevention and control institutions and AIDS prevention and control institutions,further improve the discovery of TB/HIV double infection patients and the ability of standardized management of dual sense patients,so as to improve the cure rate and success rate of treatment for patients with dual infection.
