The Investigation And Analysis Of Oral Health Institutions And Human Resources In Hami

Objective: To understand the present situation of oral health resources allocation.through the investigation of the allocation of oral health resources in Xinjiang,Hami.Evaluating the fairness of the oral health care institutions and the oral health human resources.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.To provide scientific references for the development of oral hygiene in Hami.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among all dental health care institutions in Hami.Epidata3.1 software for double double over the strategy of the original data enter and verification checked.Descriptive analysis was carried out by means of relative number and constituent ratio.Fairness analysis was carried out using Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient.Results: There are 1 districts and 2 counties in Hami.(1)45 oral health care institutions,15.56% is the Department of Stomatology of general hospital,2.22% is the oral clinic,2.22% is the Stomatological Hospital,68.89% is the dentist's Office,11.11% is Department of stomatology in Township Health Center.26.67% is Public institution,73.33% is Private institution.2.22% is level ?,13.33% are level ?,1.11% are level ?,73.33% are others level.(2)There were 179 oral health workers,including 67 males and 111 females;83.80% are Han,54.75% are under 35 years of age,66.48% are the stomatology major,21.23% are the nursing specialty.53.07% are the College degree,27.37% are the university degree.37.99% are the primary title,25.14% are the medium grade professional title,7.8% are senior professional title.65.36% are the dental technicians.(3)The rate of treatment equipment was the highest is 94.22%.The rate of image and emergency equipment were lower,both below 30%.(4)Disposition of medical institutions,The Gini coefficient is 0.198 in terms of population distribution,the Gini coefficient was 0.357 according to the geographical area distribution;Allocation of human resources,The Gini coefficient is 0.338 in terms of population distribution,the Gini coefficient is 0.444 by area distribution.Conclusions:(1)The distribution of oral health care institutions is fairly Fair in Hami.The overall level is low.The proportion of private institutions is far higher than that of public institutions.(2)Oral health manpower resources are younger,lower quality and insufficient.The analysis of human resource equity by area distribution is on alert.(3)The proportion of oral hygiene equipment in private institutions is far higher than that in public institutions.
