PART 1 Study on Children’s Growth and Development Index and Its Influencing FactorsObjective:To Analysis of children’s BMI,then explore the relationship between childhood obesity and maternal GDM or other related factors.Materials and Methods:The data of two kindergartens in Hangzhou were collected by questionnaire, and the related influencing factors of childhood obesity were discussed. Results:There was no significant direct relationship between BMI and GDM(P = 0.051).However,when the mothers had a pre-delivery BMI above the mean(25.9),the offspring BMI of GDM mothers(16.31 ± 1.60)was significantly higher than that of non-GDM mothers(15.46 ± 1.80)(P≤0.05).The BMI(15.68 ± 1.63)of children with large amount of daily exercise was significantly higher than that of other children(P≤0.05),and the childhood BMI(17.36 ± 2.17)of children with high dietary intake was significantly higher than that of the children with normal and low dietary intake.Children BMI were significantly correlated Pre-pregnancy BMI and pre-delivery BMI(P≤0.05).Conclusion:Childhood obesity is closely related to daily physical activity, dietary intake, and dietary patterns.Body mass index(BMI)before pregnancy and before delivery may affect obesity in offspring. In order to avoid obesity in offspring,GDM pregnant women during pregnancy to be more stringent weight control.PART 2 Proteomics of Gestational Diabetes MellitusObjective:In this study,ITRAQ proteomic analysis was performed on peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood between gestational diabetes mellitus and normal pregnant women, and to explore the characteristics of differential proteins, and to provide reference for the study of gestational diabetes mellitus.Put forward the possibility novel fetal gestational-diabetes-related early warning indicators.Materials and Methods:4 plasma samples of peripheral blood from GDM,4 plasma samples of normal pregnant women,4 plasma samples of progeny umbilical cord blood from GDM and 4 plasma samples of normal progeny umbilical cord blood were collected from June 26,2013 to September 26,2013.ITRAQ analysis was performed to analyze the differential proteins between the groups. The possible roles of the differential proteins were discussed.Result:Defined when the protein abundance differed by more than 1.5 fold, and the p-value<0.05,as a different protein. After ITRAQ proteomics analysis, there were 98 differential proteins in umbilical cord blood of GDM and normal pregnant women,69 up-regulated differential proteins and 29 down-regulated proteins were detected. The total number of differential protein in maternal peripheral blood was 34,15 up-regulated differential proteins and 19 down-regulated differential proteins. Conclusion:After proteomics analysis on gestational diabetes maternal peripheral blood and umbilical cord blood, there are differential proteins between GDM and normal pregnant women and fetuses.Among them, the differential proteins are mainly distributed in cytoskeletal protein binding, cell migration related proteins and lipid binding related proteins.
