Background:<the Canon of Internal Medicine>as a traditional Chinese medicine classic masterpiece,is the earliest extant book of medical classics.It is a reflection of the ancient ancestors of life,health,disease and death,and other problems of the unique thinking mode and value concept.comprehensively summarizes the medical knowledge and practice experience before Qin and Han dynasties,fully demonstrates the China ancient sages wisdom.The thought of Pingren as a concrete embodiment of health thought in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>,at present,there is no special system related works in China and abroad.Only the individual periodical papers are involved in the discussion,but the depth is not enough,research results are relatively blank.Objective:By interpreting the deep connotation of the Pingren thought in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>,to further complement and perfect the knowledge of the concept of health in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>,to promote and enhance the academic level of research on this topic in order to provide inspiration and help for clinical practice of TCM.Research methods:By means of literature research,collate,analyze and summarize the achievements of<the Canon of Internal Medicine>on the idea of Pingren,systematize and organize it in order to benefit the further research and development of Pingren.This article mainly discusses from the following aspects:First,collating the relevant chapters of the Pingren in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>,and to understand the connotation of Pingren in depth.Secondly,carding the related description of the Pingren in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>about god,color,shape,sound and pulse state,in order to have an intuitive understanding of the characteristics of Pingren.Furthermore,On the intrinsic essence of the Pingren in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>,through the deep discussion of its essence,we should reconsider the life view,health view,disease view and health care concept embodied in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>.Finally,detailed description the normal state person in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>what about their specific performance,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the modern medical and health prevention and other industries.Conclusion:Pingren in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>includes the harmonious state person and the normal state person.The harmonious state person belongs to the patient without disease.The normal state person between the absence of disease and the coming disease,the physiological function is apt to appear biased,has certain disease tendency.Under normal circumstances,as long as the normal state person to ensure that qi and blood,viscera and emotion normal,there is no difference between physical condition and the harmonious state person.However,once there are pathogenic factors,the harmonious state person through the yin-yang adjustment mechanism can maintain the harmony without disease,but the normal state person Susceptible to disease induced by pathogens,or no disease outbreaks but there are signs of disease.<the Canon of Internal Medicine>as the treasure of traditional medicine in our country,the idea of preventing disease is of great siginificance for the development of modern medicine.The theory of<the Canon of Internal Medicine>to prevent disease is mostly rooted in the idea of Pingren in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>.Therefore,it is of great significance to fully understand the idea of Pingren in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>in modern clinical practice.We should on the basis of the idea of Pingren in<the Canon of Internal Medicine>,maintain a normal state and pursue a harmonious state,to avoid serious illness.That is on the basis of the normal state,the pursuit of a harmonious state,to fight for not sick or less sick.
