| Objective: To Analysis the levels of serum tumor markers CA19-9,CA125,CEA,AFP and Ft in in-patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and related influencing factors.Methods: Data of two hundred and twenty-five in-patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted between December 2014 and April 2016 were collected.The age-matched healthy staff who work in the hospital receiving physical examination at the same time period served as controls(the control group,n=200).The levels of CA19-9,CA125,CEA,AFP and Ft were measured and compared between the two groups.The patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus was regrouped into three groups: best-controlled group(HbA1c<6.5%),good-controlled group(6.5%?HbA1c?7.5%),poor-controlled group(HbA1c>7.5%),according to HbA1 c level.And the levels of this five serum tumor markers were compared among 3 groups.Pearson correlation analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were used to analyze related influencing factors.Results: The levels of CA19-9,CA125 and Ft in T2 DM patients were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis revealed that FBG,HbA1 c and TC were positively related with the levels of CA19-9,CA125 and Ft in T2 DM patients.Serum albumin was negative correlated with the levels of CA19-9,CA125 and Ft in T2 DM patients,but not correlated with TG,HDL-C and LDL-C.Logistic regression analysis showed that increased TC,increased FBG and HbA1 c,decreased serum albumin were risk factors for elevated serum CA19-9,CA125 and Ft.Conclusion: The increasement of CA19-9,CA125 and Ft levels in in-patients with T2 DM are likely to be associated with disorders of glucose,lipid and protein metabolism.The levels of tumor markers CA19-9,CA125 and Ft increase in in-patients with T2 DM.The levels of FBG,HbA1 c and TC should be taken into account for clinical interpretation.Long term follow-up is need to avoid missed diagnoses. |
